I’ve had to complain 3 times (in 2 days) about winning slips that have just sat in my open bets pile. One of which was there 12hrs after all the events had finished. They apparently offer cashout markets, but it is literally never available. I’ve only ever seen it once and it popped up after my acca had already won. So may as well not even offer it tbh. If you’re wanting to bet on live markets don’t bother. Every time you go to place a bet of multiple legs it tells you the selection is unavailable, despite the fact its still available when you go back to the event. Customer service aren’t helpful, they fob you off until its so late in the day that they can then ignore you because their chat closes at a certain time. So your problem continues for another day
