BUT When you start playing and you win, they will never give you chance of withdrawals, rejecting your withdrawal like 20 times,then saying that you dont make enough money to do such a deposit (I deposited 2x of my monthly salary) hey maybe Im 35 years old and I have some savings? No they will hold you and tell you to wait and your case will be solved soon but it will never be, just wait. None of my question was answered. Just wait.

I’ve tried to withdrawal my 6000 3 times, I’m a new player to this casino just a few days ago, I’ve given all of my information need and additional which is making me nervous but now they are saying they are taking it up with the financial department but I can tell they are going to come up with another excuse, I won a max bet of 10,000 after an hour of making the account and I am still rying to withdrawal the first 6 thousand after 4 days

What I didn’t like:
Had a slight issue with documents upload for a withdrawal but their support staff was quick to assist me and sorted it out, received my winnings in about 2 days.

Was playing my favorite game and got a good line hit and the 2nd stage bonus round. Suddenly a general error occurred and they have no record of it and wont elevate my complaint to technical department with out a screenshot. I lost the winnings and the bonus!!! Lame!!! I don’t believe there is no record..

No possibility to block his account. Even after several requests from me to please block my account, they keep asking why I want this and what they can do to make me stay. After endless attempts came then the confirmation that my account is closed. Has not happened until today and I still get advertising mails. Their withdrawl policy is a scam.
I deposited $100 and received a $100 bonus; played for a few hours; increased my account to $2,800; withdrew $1,800.
Withdrawl was rejected on basis that I exceeded the bet amount. As a result, Lucky… unilaterally cancelled the $1,800 withdrawl request and reset my account balance to $100.
There was no indication of this restriction and I had played a long time using up the bonus. My balance was close to 0 when I started to win.
When I “chatted” with them, t was my fault. They had no difficulty withdrawing from my account.
When I decided to withdraw the $100 they place back into my account, they rejected that request on basis I had to give them ID, proof of residence and a third authentication. They had access to my account to withdraw, had originally authenticated me bad were able to obtain my $100. Yet they refused to return the original $100.
Totally unsatisfactory treatment to put it mildly.
I can only assume from the treatment I received that they are a scam organization and use devious methods to get and keep tour money.
I highly recommend all stay away. You might win but you won’t be able to withdraw the funds. They will find some obscure, hidden reason(they are not forthcoming and honest) to keep tour money.
