The bonus when you sign up but apart from that not much more I'm 70 years old and they keep asking for proof of I'd 1as I've deposited 500 and won 7k on live blackjack ive sent them proof of adress (bank statement) ive sent them my passport details and as I used my neigbours bank account to deposit they wanted his details too so I've sent them his driving licence photo I've sent them his bank card I used front and back I've sent them a written statement by him to say he allowed me to use his bank card which he did obviously and guess what 1 week has gone by and I keep getting the same email please provide us with verification what more can I do I'm so fed up .they take 3 days to reply to 1 email and it's the same email there sending me back . When I won the 7k I put my account on a temporary suspension for 7 days after I withdrew as they dont have the option of blocking reverse withdrawals now I no why as they dont want me to cash out. These people allow you to make as many deposits as you want without any questions, but when you try to withdraw your winnings they ask you for id, when you supply it they ask for more, I have been waiting more than 3 weeks and still have no idea when I’ll get my money.
My advice keep away, there are better sites available that actually pay you when you win

Giving the site two stars because of many games is provided, nice layout and live chat is answering. Seems like they have many acceptable methods for depositing also.
What I didn’t like:
However having alot of many games and various withdrawal methods does not make off for long withdrawal time. I withdrew for almost two weeks now and it is still pending without any confirmation. At the moment they don’t have a specific time frame of how long it will take to process the withdrawal, they will contact directly from the relevant department. I recommend people to stay away from this site based on my experience.
