5 Things to be aware of when playing at RubyVegas

We found the bellow points risky when reading the terms and conditions of RubyVegas

10x

For the majority of promos, this casino has a wagering requirement of 10x. This very low barrier is a significant improvement over the 40x industry average and most other casinos.

12 Months

After 12 months of inactivity, the casino will designate your account as inactive. Just remember to check your account from time to time to prevent the casino from automatically deducting that money.

€5

On the 13th month of inactivity, your account will be subject to a €5 monthly fee. Just make sure you sign in at regular intervals to avoid this from happening or to cancel the process once it starts.

No VPN

VPN rules are quite strict at the casino, meaning you cannot use one. Virtual private networks (VPNs) are becoming more popular among players, yet most online casinos still forbid their use for security reasons.

1 Hour

The casino accepts crypto transactions, which players will be happy to know happen fast. The casino will verify your cash-out application and then it will take 1 hour for the tokens to arrive.

Because it is modern and packed with interesting features, RubyVegas Casino is a fantastic substitute for average and antiquated platforms. The platform's large game collection, customizable settings, and intuitive user interface piqued my interest in giving it a try. I had a fantastic time on the site, and now I'm happy to provide my enthusiastic recommendation to you to check the platform out.

Today’s bonus

WELCOME BONUS

100 Free Spins on the First Deposit

RubyVegas welcomes its new players with 100 free spins on the first deposit, which needs to be at least €20. Then, you will have to wager their winnings 10 times within 10 days by placing bets not greater than €5. Although the lack of a match bonus in the welcome deal might be disappointing for some gamblers, we find the conditions of the existing one quite fair and player-friendly.

The casino also runs a VIP Loyalty Program with 9 different levels to progress through. As usual, you will have to collect points to join it, which are granted by 1 for every €12.50 in real money wagers. Every time you reach a new stage, you will be awarded free spins or a cash bonus that come with 0 wager.

Game Selection

There are more than 3000 titles available in the casino’s game library, and most of them are slots. These include recently launched releases like Gemini Joker, Taco Brothers Derailed, Book of Lady, Rocco Gallo, Wolf Strike, Wild West Gold Megaways, Blockchain Megaways, and many more.

Additionally, there is a very nice selection of table games, including Triple Edge or Caribbean Poker, European or American Roulette, Craps, Sic Bo, Baccarat, Single or Multi-hand Blackjack, and others.

Game Suppliers

Some of the providers that developed the casino’s game portfolio represent the industry’s elite. You will find titles from companies such as BetSoft, Big Time Gaming, ELK Studios, Evolution, Iron Dog Studio, Microgaming, Play’N Go, Pragmatic Play, Quickspin, and Thunderkick. There are also products from smaller but yet reputable suppliers, such as Booming Games, EGT, Endorphina, Hacksaw, Mr. Slotty, NoLimit City, Playson, Push Gaming, Relax Gaming, and others.

Deposit and Withdrawals

The availability of banking options at RubyVegas Casino depends on your country of residence. Once you register an account, you’ll be able to choose from Mastercard, Visa, Skrill, Sofort, Jeton, MuchBetter, CashLib, Ecopayz, Paysafecard, Interac, Flexepin, Siru Mobile, CoinsPaid, CashToCode, Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Binance, Cardano, Dogecoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Ripple, Tether, Tron, or USD Coin to deposit.

The withdrawals are processed back to the original method used for deposit, but if this is technically impossible, the payouts will be executed via Bank Transfer.

The supported fiat currencies are EUR, CAD, USD, and INR.

The smallest amount you can deposit or withdraw is €20, which is more than acceptable. The maximum withdrawal limits are set to €1500 per day, €7500 per week, and €15000 per month.

As a part of the standard Anti-Money Laundering regulations, all deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal, otherwise the casino will charge you a fee.

Security and Licensing

RubyVegas is owned by Mountberg BV, a company established under the laws of Curacao. The commission, located on the Caribbean island, is one of the oldest in the industry but is also notorious for hosting mainly shady online casinos which delay or refuse to pay out winnings to players. This is something you will never go through if playing at a platform regulated by the UK Gambling Commission or the Malta Gaming Authority. They have very strict internal procedures and suppose the operators fail to adhere to them, it will result in severe sanctions and fines.

Layout and Navigation

Navigating through the website is easy as it is very well organized and has a similar structure to most other casino sites. You will see the tabs for the game library, the Promotions, and the Payments sections at the top. If you scroll down to the homepage’s bottom, you’ll find the details about the casino’s license and ownership and the General Terms.

Mobile Casino

RubyVegas casino does not offer a mobile app, but all desktop versions of the games are compatible with iOS and Android and can be accessed by simply going to the casino’s website using a mobile browser. To avoid crashes and freezes, we advise you to update it to the latest version.

The bottom line

Our research has shown that RubyVegas casino really has some nice features to offer. It is crypto-friendly, the game selection is excellent, the Welcome Offer is not bad, and so are the deals in the Loyalty Program. Its major drawback though is that it operates under a Curacao license which doesn’t oblige the websites to comply with the operating policies. This could cause trouble in the future if any misunderstandings arise since there will be no 3rd party around to support you.

This is why we always advise our readers to open accounts at safe casinos regulated by the UK Gambling Commission or the Malta Gaming Authority, where customer protection is guaranteed.

FAQ

Is RubyVegas Casino trustworthy?

RubyVegas Casino is overseen by the Curacao gambling officials and can be defined as quite risky. Operators holding such a license do not perform very well in terms of identity and financial security and are very often involved in unpaid winnings issues. So if you feel like having a good time while gambling totally free of concerns, whether your personal data is securely stored or your winnings will be paid fully and on time, we recommend you to play only at casinos that have stood the test of time.

RubyVegas Casino is not paying my winnings. What should I do?

RubyVegas Casino is licensed by the Curacao gaming officials, which have a track record of not getting involved in cases regarding unpaid winnings. This means that solving the issue will be your sole responsibility, and unfortunately, without a proper regulator around, the operators can decide whatever they like, and most likely, it will be in their favor.

What kind of games can I play at RubyVegas Casino?

RubyVegas offers a great game selection provided by some of the best developers in the industry. You will find brand new slots, a wide range of virtual card and table games, and over 150 lobbies for live Roulette, Blackjack, Baccarat, Poker, Crazy Time, Deal or No Deal, Dream Catcher, and many others.

What bonus am I getting at RubyVegas Casino?

RubyVegas offers 100 free spins upon the initial deposit with very good conditions. Also, the casino runs a Loyalty Program where every time you reach a new level, you will receive a cash bonus or free spins that carry no play-through requirements.

Does RubyVegas Casino accept cryptocurrencies?

Yes, like most Curacao-licensed casinos, RubyVegas also accepts cryptos. You can deposit or withdraw using Bitcoin (BTC), Bitcoin Cash (BCH), Binance (BNB), Cardano (ADA), Dogecoin (DOGE), Ethereum (ETH), Litecoin (LTC), Ripple (XRP), Tether (USDT), Tron (TRX), and USD Coin (USDC).
