I needed to give them my IP address immediately to stop this happpening. The lady who could barely speak english backed down after I asked her why she didn’t know any of my security questions, suggesting I go to my local Lloyds Bank immediately. I rang Lloyds and they said the call wasn’t from them. It can only have been from this site, as the new credit card had just been issued. Stay well clear of these crooks.
