To our delight, FroggyBet works with a diverse range of payment methods, which only enhances the casino’s appeal. More specifically, you can deposit using popular credit and debit cards like Visa and Mastercard or choose among a wide list of crypto coins such as Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Tether, Ethereum, USD Coin, and Litecoin. But that’s not all. You can also use prepaid cards (CASHlib, Flexepin, PaysafeCard, JetonCash), e-wallets (Google Pay, Apple Pay, Skrill, Neteller, LuxonPay, MiFinity,), Revolut, and Jetonbank.
The minimum deposit will vary based on the payment method. For example, if you’re using CASHlib, the deposit has to be at least €10, which is very competitive. As for the other payment methods, the minimum requirements range between €20 and €25, a standard amount for the industry.
More precisely, if you’re using Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, PaysafeCard, Neteller, MiFinity, JetonCash, and Jetonbank the minimum deposit has to be €25. On the other hand, if you choose Noda, Google Pay, Apple Pay, LuxonPay, crypto coins, and Revolut, you have to deposit at least €20. The only notable exception is Flexepin, where you need to invest at least €30.
What about withdrawals? Here’s where we think FroggyBet falls short. Withdrawal options are more limited than the deposit methods listed above. You can choose between bank transfers, Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, USD Coin, Ethereum, Tether, Litecoin, JetonCash, Jetonbank, Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity, LuxonPay, CASHlib, and PaysafeCard.
The minimum withdrawal amount for most payment methods is €100, which is much higher than the industry average. For comparison, most houses typically ask for €10 or €20. The notable exception is JetonCash, where the minimum withdrawal is €25.
The maximum withdrawal amounts are up to €5,000 per day and €7,000 per month, which can feel restrictive to what other casinos typically offer. Additionally, the maximum net winnings per account are limited to €50,000. As for cash-outs, a player with only one deposit will be eligible to cash out a maximum of 15x of the initial deposit amount.
In addition, the casino will request KYC verification before withdrawals. This is a standard procedure that most casinos implement to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) rules and provide a secure environment. It’s best to complete the KYC procedure right after registering an account because withdrawals are only available to verified accounts.
To verify your account, you need to send a copy or a digital photo of the document confirming your identity (passport or ID card), utility bills to confirm your address, bank cards, bank statements, source of wealth, and source of funds. Also, note that the casino will process the payments within 72 hours.
With this in mind, beware that before withdrawals you also need to meet a rollover requirement of 3x. To clarify, you need to wager all deposits at least 3 times because the platform needs to make sure that money deposited in the casino is only used for gaming activities. This rule is part of AML policies and aims to prevent fraud.
Currently, users can place bets in the following currencies: EUR, USD, AUD, CAD, NOK, GBP, RUB, NZD, JPY, and BRL.
Inactive Accounts
Any account that hasn’t had any records of long-ins or log-outs for 6 consecutive months will be considered inactive. The casino will then impose a €5 monthly administrative fee. This is another standard rule that almost every online casino tends to implement. Also, once the balance of an inactive account reaches zero, the account will be closed. To re-open your account, you can contact customer support at [email protected].

FroggyBet claims to be operated by Famagousta B.V., a company registered in Curacao under registration number 152449. The casino says that the company is licensed and regulated by the Kahnawake Gaming Commission under license number 00939. The great news is that you can verify the casino’s license through the commission’s digital seal at the bottom of the homepage. Clicking on it will bring you to the casino’s license and regulatory background, which basically means that FroggyBet is legit. It is also worth mentioning that the Kahnawake Gaming Commission is one of the oldest license issuers in the world, and it will demand that online casinos take customer security and anti-money laundering (AML) policies seriously.
A license by the Kahnawake Gaming Commission also ensures that the casino will incorporate Responsible Gaming practices. FroggyBet offers deposit limits, where players can set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits. You can set a deposit limit by contacting customer support at [email protected].
You can also take a Time-Out period between 1 and 5 days if you want to take a break from gambling. The platform also provides a Self-Exclusion feature, where your account will remain closed for a more extended period of at least 6 months. The maximum self-exclusion length can be indefinite. Please note that the Self-Exclusion option is a strong intervention tool for players with a compulsive gambling problem.
In addition, customers who wish to permanently exclude themselves from participating in further gaming activities can submit a Comprehensive Self-Exclusion Request form to the Kahnawake Gaming Commission. After verifying your request, the commission will have you permanently excluded from all interactive gaming sites under its license. Please note that this type of request is permanent and irrevocable.
Also, in the Responsible Gaming section, FroggyBet offers tips on maintaining healthy gambling habits. You can also find the following list of symptoms for severe dependence on gambling:
- The player is deeply involved in gambling; all his thoughts are only about the game.
- Bet sum increases in course of time.
- Attempts to quit or control his participation in the games appear to be unsuccessful.
- When limiting his participation in gambling, a person experiences irritation and disappointment.
- The game is a way to escape from problems or discomfort.
- The player tries to win back the lost amount.
- Lies about his playing behavior.
- Commits illegal acts.
- Spoils or breaks the relationship with family and colleagues.
- Borrows to participate in the games.
You can contact customer support through live chat or directly at [email protected]. What’s a bit disappointing is that the live chat option works like a ticketing system, where you need to choose the relevant department, describe the issue, and then enter your name and email. On top of that, the only language it seems to support is English.
To our surprise, in its Terms of Use and Responsible Gaming sections, the casino has listed two additional emails for customer support: [email protected] and [email protected]. These appear to be emails associated with other casinos, which is unprofessional and could lead to confusion.
Alternatively, you can check the FAQ section at the bottom of the page, which will provide detailed answers to general questions about account verification.

What I liked?
Nothing. They are fraudsters.
What I didn’t like:
They disguise deposits, then steal deposits… sending them to some fake crypto site, but don’t add them to the casino account.
No customers services.
Pay by card, that way you can use chargeback or JUST PROVE THEY ARE FRAUDULANT.
