I won £70000 playing online roulette with this mob. they paid out £5000 (the maximum weekly amount) then reduced the balance to £0 and closed my account. emails go unanswered. Chat function is useless. I contacted a lawyer to sue them, they ignored all communication from lawyer. I contacted UK gambling authorities – nothing they can do as it’s not licensed in UK. I contacted the police to be told no law has been broken, they just won’t pay you – its a civil matter, take them to court! I email them daily, but they have told me to stop pestering them and assigned my emails to Junk. their telephone number appears to be the customer service dept for a dating website, however I imagine they are in on the scam – they’ve never once commented that they know the number is wrong. I did manage to get one of their chat representatives to admit the witheld my winnings as they accused me of using software to cheat – again, an accusation with no proof. If i knew where they were based i’d book a flight and go knock on their door.

Then they blocked me from playing saying UK regulations had changed, although they still advertised winners from UK, and nothing changed in their terms & conditions. They then reduced the balance to £0, closed my account, and refuse to answer emails. They disabled the online chat facility. They had the cheek to tell me to be patient and the matter was getting dealt with by upper management…..4 months on, still nothing…..
