What I didn’t like:
Thieves! Don’t pay there! I made two deposits on 08.05 for the amounts of 50 eur and 100 eur, they were not credited to me. After two days in the chat, I found out that the bank blocked these transfers, I called the bank and it turned out that the transfers went out normally, I got confirmation from the bank and info to contact the recipient, because everything is ok with them.
So I contacted cocoscasino, first they wanted the transaction number – they got it, after a few days of silence I wrote to them again, it turned out that they still need a confirmation of the transfer – I sent the confirmation, after another few days, when I contacted them, it turned out that they could not do nothing until he sends a transaction screen from the bank, wtf ?! After all, they already have confirmation in pdf. But ok, I sent it. Each time I was assured on the chat (because they do not reply to e-mails) that everything is ok and they will contact me soon.
