I won £100 and I was verified and when I went to withdraw they closed my account it made me physically sick ive had a nervous breakdown from this

Confiscation of 4,816 Euros after bonus terms were met. 21Bets have refused to pay out winnings after meeting a bonus bet wagering amount. The bonus threshold was confirmed via chat (attached), email (attached) and screenshots (attached). 21Bets have noted I have breached 24 different terms in some capacity (attached), all of which are untrue, not relevant to my account, or unclear or inaccessible. I believe that 21Bets have brought the integrity of the betting industry into dispute by refusing to honour the contracted bets made and obligation to pay out winnings due to the amount of winnings, and due to the knowledge of my self-exclusion. I am currently seeking legal advice and have started engagement with the Independent Betting Adjudication Service (IBAS) for a resolution.

“d) Transfer and/or license, without prior notice, data regarding an Account Holder to any other legal entity, in any country, ultimately managed and controlled by the Company, is subject to Company’s guaranteeing that the mentioned data at all times are transferred and managed in accordance with the applicable laws, data protection acts and/or similar;”
I have provided, bank card, ID driver’s license, utility bill, and bank statement. My withdrawal request was still declined and now they want additional proof of ID, ergo passport. When I ask why that is necessary they just say I have agreed to their Terms and Conditions. I will not provide any more verification but regret having provided the documents I have.
So don’t play here if you want to withdraw money and/or don’t want to risk having your identity stolen.
Please let me know if you have had a better experience than me and actually managed to withdraw any funds.

Whatever you do, DO NOT play at this casino. They will do everything they can to NOT pay you out if you win. Unlimited deposits 24/7, but as soon as you want to withdraw $€1 they will delay the process indefinitely. Eventually you will get ZERO. It’s a complete SCAM!

1 Star too many. Tried to withdraw it twice and then was told this!!
The $4000 AUD I had won, according to these guys my bet of $5 Aussie violated their terms and conditions as I had an active bonus, and the 4K I won was confiscated. As a goodwill gesture they gave me back the $415 I deposited!! What the hell! So they just stole over 3.5 thousand dollars!! No customer service, don’t go here they will rip you blind and blame some rubbish.. disgusted and angry as hell.
