This is clearly a scam. They took my money without any hassle, but when it came to pay out and I provided all the required identification documents they still say I cannot be paid out as I need to provide them with the transaction details of the deposit I made and it needs to state ‘nines casino’ as the transaction name. The transaction is showing as some dodgy Chinese name with my bank. I explain this to their customer service and you just go around in circles saying no the transaction name must be nine casino. Even as I provided the required documents, they kept telling me the detail deposit did not match. They use different entities to debit your account and these debit amounts has fees and that’s why they do not match. It’s fine that they debit your card that links to your account, but when it comes to withdrawals that match back to your cards, they make all kinds of excuses to make withdrawals impossible. Just reverse credit the same card instead of needing proof as amounts taken includes fees and will never match. Thus I call a scam.
