The bonuses of online casinos are one of the most important aspects of their services. In fact, they are what players can use to make their first impression of the house and really decide whether they want to play within it or not. However, if you are looking for bonuses at Here2Win, you will be quite disappointed by the online gambling house.
Within the next couple of sections of our review, we will explain why that is and why the majority of the promotions that the casino advertised seemed to be different from what it claimed, or seemed to straight-up not exist at all. Let’s start off with the two no-deposit bonuses that the gambling house supposedly has available for players:
The sign-up Lucky Wheel no-deposit bonus
First things first, on the website of the online casino, a no-deposit bonus is advertised to new players who sign up. Supposedly, this promotion would allow you to spin a Wheel of Fortune to determine what amount of Free Spins you can get as part of that bonus, without needing to cash in or do anything. The maximum bonus amount is 100 Free Spins.
However, when we signed up for an account with the online gambling house, there was no promotion that we could get at all. The wheel we could supposedly spin was just not available at all. We even checked to see in our email inbox, but there was no mention of any kind of promotional offer from the online gambling house.
That said, if you have managed to sign up and claim the Welcome offer of the online gambling house, you would have to wager the winnings from the Free Spins from it 30x, which is a pretty decent condition, especially for a no-deposit bonus. We certainly hope that, while the promotion is not yet available, you will be able to claim it in the future!
The mobile app no deposit bonus
Next, the online gambling house also advertised a special promotion for those who download its mobile app and start playing there: A mobile bonus of 50 Free Spins, which you could supposedly get without needing to pay anything. But, like what was the case with the previous promotion that we discussed, the bonus was not actually available in reality.
What’s more, we could not actually even download the mobile app of the gambling house at all, as it seems that there is no application that can be used by the players of the gambling house at all! That said, if one becomes available in the future, we hope that the bonus will also be offered. Once again, if that’s the case, you’d have to wager the winnings from the FS 30x in order to withdraw them, as per the Terms and Conditions here.
The Welcome bonuses of Here2Win
Welcome bonuses are generally the highest promotions that you can ever get in any online gambling house, and provide players with hundreds to thousands of dollars worth of value and dozens of Free Spins on average. As such, they are incredibly important to the overall gambling experience in online casinos nowadays, and are one of the things that we look forward to enjoying the most while playing, too.
Unfortunately, there are a ton of problems with the Welcome bonuses of Here2Win. Let’s begin by going over what the online gambling house advertises on its website when you first land on it: It claims to offer you a Welcome bonus of up to 350% of your deposited funds plus 300 Free Spins.
But when we went to the Bonuses page of the casino, it turned out that the casino had four Welcome bonuses that it could grant us instead:
- The First deposit bonus: This promotion only grants you 100 Free Spins
- The Second deposit bonus: This Second Deposit bonus is a 100% boost for deposited funds plus 50 FS
- The Third Deposit bonus: It provides players with 150% of their deposited funds as a bonus, plus 50 Free Spins to use on the side.
- The Fourth Deposit bonus: Finally, the Fourth deposit bonus nets you 100% of your deposited funds up to 50 FS.
What’s more, the Terms and Conditions of the casino mentioned a Fifth deposit bonus, which was not available at the time of writing, as far as we could tell. Keen-eyed readers will already have noticed the main issue with these promotions: That there is just no information on how much bonus cash you can get from them.
Also, the First deposit bonus, which should be the highest in order to set the tone for the rest of the promotion, does not even seem to offer any cash at all, which is a major oversight. That said, we do know some of the conditions regarding getting these promotions: First off, you don’t need to enter any promo codes. Instead, the initial bonus will become available to players when they sign up, with subsequent ones being unlocked right after the previous bonuses are wagered or expire.
The minimum deposit limit is not specified. In general, the minimum deposit limit at the online casino is set to $20, so that is likely how much you need to cash in to be able to claim its promotions, too. We should mention that this is a fairly standard amount, but it would have been nice to know one way or the other what the minimum is.
Once you have the bonus, you need to wager it before cashing out. The wagering requirements of the casino are luckily explained in full detail, so we know for a fact that the cash components of the promotions that Here2Win offers access to allow are withdrawable once you wager them 35x. The winnings from the Free Spins must be wagered 30x to be able to withdraw them.
Considering the average set of wagering requirements in online gambling houses nowadays is generally between 30-40x for most promotions, too, this is not terrible. However, we should mention that not all of the games of the gambling house contribute to the wagering requirement. Slots and Live Casino games can be played to wager the bonus. Also, while 100% of the bets you place on Slots are counted, only between 10-20% of bets on Live Games, depending on each game, are considered towards it.
There is no information on the particular maximum bet limit of the online gambling house during the bonus wagering. But it does specify that such a limit applies while wagering the bonus. It is likely around $5, as that is the average limit for online gambling houses nowadays. Finally, there is not really a concrete mention of how long you have to wager any of the Welcome offers of the online casino, but there is an upper limit to that, as per the Terms of the casino.
If you want to cash out the bonuses and winnings from them, you should know that the gambling house reserves the right to impose a winnings limit of up to 10x the size of the bonus on its players. This is a very common restriction, which is usually around 5-10x the size of the promotions that you can get at most online gambling houses. However, what we find to be concerning is that the limit can be lower than 10x, and is always left to the discretion of the casino.
All in all, we are not sure that we would recommend getting the Welcome bonuses of the house. They just don’t seem to be too rewarding to us, even if they don’t have any usual Terms and Conditions attached to them!
Does Here2Win offer Reload bonuses?
Reload bonuses are promotions that you can get an unlimited number of times, usually by cashing in on a specific day of the week. They are important because they make it possible for players to continue enjoying the promotional content of casinos long after using up their Welcome bonuses, and usually make up for the bulk of the bonuses that you can get in practice. However, there are absolutely no Reload bonuses to get here.
No Reload bonuses are mentioned on the page that outlines the promotions of the gambling house, nor are any such promotions mentioned in its Terms and Conditions. This means that sticking around here for longer will net you nothing in terms of promotions. So, with the already lackluster Welcome offer, this just goes to make the bonuses of Here2Win all that much more disappointing!
The VIP program of Here2Win
Finally, VIP programs are another important type of bonus that you can get at most online gambling houses nowadays. They are meant to reward the most dedicated players of the casino by granting them exclusive account perks. So, you should only consider going for the VIP perks of an online casino if you are confident you will be spending a lot of time and money within it.
Unfortunately, when it comes to Here2Win, the VIP program is just as disappointing as the rest of the promotions of the gambling house! In fact, just like the rest of the promotions, there is not really a ton of information about how the promotion is even supposed to work in the first place, which means that we are not sure whether it even provides you with the perks that it is supposed to.
These perks are several tiers of a Cashback bonus. Cashback bonuses allow you to get some of your losses from playing the casino games of an online gambling house back, up to a certain maximum. Supposedly, the higher you get in the VIP program here, the better cashback you’d get. But the amount you can recover and the maximum, as well as any wagering requirements for the money, are never specified.
We should also mention that, while Cashbacks are a common component of the promotions of nearly all online casinos that we cover nowadays, there are usually substantially more perks to enjoy alongside them, too. For instance, VIP players can also usually benefit from bonuses that are tailor-made for them, based on their account activity in the past; they can withdraw higher amounts of money per transaction, and so on.
As it stands, we are not sure that the VIP program of Here2Win is worth it at all! Especially since there is no information on how that program works and how you can progress within it. So, we cannot really say that investing a lot of time and money playing here will pay off.
