What I didn’t like:

Used to be great when they had Quickspin and heaps of Megaways slots.
I tried to provide verification documentation so I could withdraw my winnings. I sent them my drivers license, a government letter with all my details on it and a copy of the card used to deposit as requested. They emailed saying they require further ID and asked me for a copy of my passport. I tell them I dont have a passport and ask what other ID can I provide. They replied and said another photo ID, which I didnt have. They said they had to have another photo ID and that was it. I applied and paid for a proof of identity card, waited a week for it arrive and sent a copy in. The then emailed saying I need to provide a copy of my passport. Im not going to spend hundreds to get a passport and wait weeks for it to arrive just to verify my ID.

To top it off ive chatted to at least 3 live support people and explained everything to each one. I get told by each one that they will forward my case to the verification department. The verification department then request my passport and we start the loop again.
Each time I have specifically asked what is the problem with my ID and why do I need to provide other ID. Not once have I been given an explanation.
If this isnt just a way to scam me out of my winnings I be shocked. I think ill be even more shocked if I get verified. I wont hold my breath.

If your in Australia do yourself a favour. Dont waste your time. Go to the club, have a proper slap on the pokies.

I’ve got nothing but bad things to say I tried to withdraw my money and first had major issues with reviewing and accepting my account for withdrawal then my account was suddenly active nd verified but all funds we’re gone, when I asked for help the casino say it was played on a regularly used device. This was a life changing amount of money due to covid and was going to be the key to me recieving cancer treatment early rather then wait in ng untill im in stage 4 rather then stage 3 to receive chemotherapy. I would never be Able to physically spe d that amount in the period of time they are claiming. I’m disgusted in their customer service I’ve deposited thousands but can’t withdraw a cent

They took my winnings – $9k because I apparently breached their terms and conditions by opening second account. Rubbish. They just shut me down despite me advising them I only had opened one account. They just didn’t want to pay me. Disgusting that these ruminate seem to operate unchecked. I will be doing whatever it takes to have them held accountable. Stay away!!
