Great selection, great service, love this casino. Payments on time usually with out issue and I have deposited loads in the past and never had an issue with withdrawals.
What I didn’t like:
I have had 2 confirmed withdrawals that have not been paid. both on the 12th May and now it is the 21st May I have sent documents and bank statements to support with evidence showing that they the payments have actually not been paid into my account. I normally get withdrawals within a day of receiving the standard ‘your withradwal was successful email they send’ but it has been 9 days. They have all of the info and evidence and say they are working on it, but I have no idea why it is taking so long? It should be pretty simple to check out the staments I sent along with the 2 confirmed withdrawals showing in my player account. Not sure what is happening, I have just been told I will be updated when the find the issue. Has anyone else had an issue like this?

I uploaded all required documents and ID for my $600 cash out. Spoke with customer support 2 days later who said that it had been approved and processed and that I could expect it to be in my account with 10 business days. On the 8 business day I got email to say the payment had been approved. On the 10th business day I logged in and the $600 had been credit back to my available balance. Upon discussing with customer support and despite several representatives and an email confirming it had been processed, the last rep advised I would need to apply again. Getslots are quick to take your cash but Refuse to pay your winnings. The bonuses are a rort- 50 free spins a lot a 1c a bet. Pathetic really.
