Wicked Kitty

Wicked Kitty is a cute new online video slot that features special symbols represented by kittens. The session takes place in a natural setting surrounded by rocks, a river and several trees. On the mountain, cat-like statues are carved into the stone. As the spins go on, a mysterious soundtrack plays and enhances the gaming experience.

On the reels, several symbols occur that have a specific value for forming a winning combination. The selection contains less profitable symbols represented by five bottles of purple, blue, green, orange and red potion. Getting five of these on the screen awards a reward of 0.5 to 0.75 times the bet. As for the highest paying symbols, they are illustrated by the five kittens of the same color as the bottles. Two wild symbols are accessible and substitute for the other symbols, except for the scatter.

How the game works

During the spins, the Wicked Kitty title incorporates Wild symbols, respins, a mystery feature and a Free Spins bonus round. The slot features two types of Wilds that are positioned on reels 2, 3 and 4. Usually, they substitute for all the standard symbols in order to easily create winning combinations. The regular wild symbol is characterized by the letter W, while the Wild Kitty can be recognized by a purple cat in a wizard’s robe. It triggers the Wicked Respin when it is involved in a win.

About the Wicked Respin, it activates if one or more Wild Kitties contribute to a win. Each Kitty removes three blockers at random from the grid after the winnings and respin are awarded. Icons appear on all slots in place of the removed blockers. As a result, the winning potential increases with the landing of the multiplier that applies to all prizes accumulated in the Wicked Respin. By unlocking lines 4, 5 and 6, the sequence triggers a multiplier worth 2×, 3× and 5× in the base game and 3×, 5× and 10× in the free spins.

In all cases, the Wicked Respin continues until the Wild Kitty is gone or the Super Respin is activated, which clears all blockers from the reels. In the case of Super Respin, the function works when all blockers are removed. The formula allows for a 5×6 grid format and 7,776 ways to win. Two respins are awarded including a win multiplier worth 5× and 10×.

As for the mystery feature, it occurs on any spin, except for one of the Respins features. During this feature, a mystery pattern or Mystery Kitty may randomly appear on the screen.

Speaking of free spins, it is the Scatter symbol conjured by the key that triggers the feature. The appearance of at least three of this icon on reels 2, 3 and 4 gives players a series of 15 free spins. However, scatters cannot be exposed during the Wicked Respin, Super Respin or Mystery feature. Additional rounds are awarded for obtaining more Scatters.

Finally, a bonus purchase option remains vacant according to the jurisdiction giving users in a hurry to buy Free Spins. This requires paying 65 times the stake for an RTP of 94.60%.

Finally, the Wicked Kitty slot from provider Fantasma Games targets mainly cat lovers or the magic theme. The two Wilds, the Super Respin and the free spins play a special role to reap interesting wins. The game provides a decent jackpot of 4,544 times the stake.
