Design & Concept
The theme is a fictional farm. The reels are mounted on the wall of a farm building – perhaps a barn, while the background is a field clearing illuminated by the sunset. A similar theme has been popular with game makers recently, although not to the extent that there are too many of them.
Like many grid games, Play’n GO has created a comprehensive range of special features, mainly revolving around wilds. On the other hand, there is no free spins feature included, so let’s take a look at how such an alignment works next.
Every winning combination removes a petal from the sunflower which results in colossal wilds.

Betting & Paytable
Among the symbols available are wheat, corn, tomatoes, and pumpkins, which all pay out 0.2x their bet for four of a kind, and as much as 40-200x their bet if the cluster is 18+ in size.
When it comes to high payouts, chickens, goats, sheep, and cows pay 0.8-2x for four of a kind, maxing out at 400-1,800x the bet for clusters that are 18+ in length.
There are also a total of 4 Wild symbols.
Special Functions
Wild Symbols
Since the list of wilds is more extensive, let’s first write about the special function of the hare. Its (Rabbit Mayhem) idea couldn’t be much simpler, with the rabbit’s job being to break winning patterns in a non-winning round and thus potentially convert its outcome to a better one.
On the left of the screen (the computer browser) is a sunflower. This sunflower has 12 petals and four levels, one level being equal to three consecutive broken winning combinations. The patterns broken by the rabbit also grow petals. See the list markers for the four levels of wilds.
- Chicken Wilds – 3 winning combinations.
- Goat Wilds – 6 winning combinations: one 2×3 wild.
- Sheep Wilds – 9 winning combinations: two 2×2 wilds.
- Cow Wilds – 12 winning combinations: one 3×3 wild.
Summary
In all simplicity, Animal Madness is even a slightly better video slot than we expected from the previews. It may well be that the majority would love to see its free spins feature, but at the same time you have to understand that it would be away from the base game’s return and wild features. Indeed, these wild features are excellently implemented and the best of them is now Play’n GO’s equivalent of the free spins feature.
