What I didn’t like:

Straight scam site. IF you ever win anything and try to withdrawal you winnings will just sit in limbo on their site forever. I have been waiting on my BTC withdrawal of $213.00 since 04.07.24 and still have not received it. They ignore my emails and they never respond to their online chat when I try to engage with them.

They are happy to take your money, but will NOT give you back anything you win. Do not even bother playing here. This is the worst site ever and they all need to be put behind bars and close this site down.

Whatever you do, DO NOT USE NEWVEGAS CASINO. It’s the worst scam I’ve ever seen, and I’ve played online for a long time. YOU WILL NOT GET PAID. Bottom line. You will not get paid.

First of all, the livechat is really the only way to get ahold of them, and they give vague replies, without answering anything. All they say is “please contact support”. No phone # either by the way.

In my case, it has now been three weeks since I requested my withdrawal in BITCOIN. THREE WEEKS. The website says 1-7 days. Their excuse is ALWAYS this “we are waiting to hear back from the third party vendor”. Or “sorry for the delay, we are working hard to ensure as soon as possible”. They always say “we’re working hard to get this resolved. Or, we are in contact with the third party vendor who handles the payments”.

Meanwhile, on Super Slots, I made $70K in one night and got paid in 8 hours.

After threatening them with legal action, take a look at what the “floor manager” emailed to me.

you make an account anywhere , they always ask you to keep it to one
account. When you open multiple accounts, you are automatically tagged
as a ” Risk ” because 99.9% of the people that do create multiple
accounts are usually either trying to abuse the bonus structure or
bypass gaming limits. I have quickly reviewed your account and I do not
think you are abusing a bonus, but they do need to audit the game and
the gaming limits . That being said,to avoid this issue in the future,
please keep your account to only one to avoid this issue, with us or
with any other website. Right now they are reviewing the live dealer to
make sure all roulette rules were respected. Once that is done, they
will need to wait 6 month from your last deposit in order to alleviate
risk. And only then can your account be tagged as risk free and good to
go. While we wait for that, I will make sure that once the Roulette
audit is done, I will push for some sort of payment to you as I do not
think you have any malicious activities on your account. I do apologies
for the delay, it is unfortunetly common practice for online gaming but
I do think this can be resolved easily. Please allow me until this M
onday to get a proper update. Meanwhile, if you need anything , please

THIS IS WHAT THEY EMAILED TO ME! First of all, I don’t have a duplicate account. Second of all I NEVER used or have used a bonus on a casino. I provided proof. LASTLY LOOK AT THE BOGUS “6 MONTH AUDIT” of a roulette wheel. HAHAHA. Are you kidding me? Talk to any casino assistant, it takes online casinos 24 hours to audit a wheel.

What they are trying to do is scam you and make you inactive, so that they can either close your account or make you not want to ride it out. I am indeed taking legal action because it’s a pure scam, they don’t pay people.

What’s interesting is they accept zelle payments, which all go to a company called TEXAS TECH-SOL, LLC – run by Jose Robles-Castillo – based out of Plano Texas.

Jose is the one that is getting the payments people are sending in and likely the one witholding money from players. Long story short – THIS IS THE BIGGEST SCAM AND WORST CASINO OF ALL TIME. Whatever you do, do not play with them. THEY WILL NOT PAY YOU. Through legal action, I’ll make sure some of you don’t get hurt worse by this casino. Good bless.

Really fast deposit accepted and extremely slow payout I have waited the full 7 buissness days and I have not yet received my payout, I do not recommend you play at this casino for money I have not received nothing not 1 cent of my requested payout , waited 7 days and all they say you will receive an email that they have released the funds and that they cannot assure you that you will even get paid on the 7 full days or after but they will take your money fast with no issues , do not play here which I believe is B’s that anyone has too go through this when you make deposits and yet you receive nothing in return!!!

Site claimed they sent a $2240 almost a month ago and i have yet to receive. Multiple emails have went unanswered or with vague replies and no resolution.
