I won $17,500 and High Country Casino refused to pay me. I wagered quite a bit of money to end up with winnings of $17,500. They robbed me. Simple as that.

What I didn’t like:
My payout was $1000. Now this was AFTER $998 was taken out of my account…due to max withdrawal. Upset momentarily..went ahead and requested the direct deposit of $999. I was told it was FREE and 48 hours. Wow I thought! I was then sent another email, a week later. Confirming my payout of $702. No one in the customer support could tell me why. Another $200+ negated from my cash out. In the end, it took over 3 weeks to receive a cash out. BUT, more strings attached. My payout was only for $677 AND was charged another fee of $16 on top. I contacted customer support, as I was sure this would be taken care of.
Now, I use Wells Fargo..pretty trusted bank. Here is High Country’s response on my fee (even though direct deposit is FREE)…
“We truly understand your concern and we apologize for the inconvenience but unfortunately, we have no control over the fees after we sent your payment“
