What I didn’t like:
Confiscated over 5k in funds from a clean deposit. No bonus money used. Per their terms you may only cash out 2x your deposit if you play a table game. Also, cannot play table/slots mix in one session. I played many SLOT only games and won many times. When I went to cash out the winnings were confiscated saying I played 1 table game during the session which they stated was Jack Frost by Rival. 1) This is not a table game per Rival themselves 2) I did not win on this slot anything it just took so I moved to a different slot.
They claim now that they are awaiting the processor to reverse the action. If it is reversed I will update, but for now I rate them “Scam” if they can erroneously claim that ANY slot you played voids your winnings this is a scam and for anyone this just a red flag but 100 red flags. If it is properly corrected then I will correct and update.

What I didn’t like:
I played at this casino, made deposits and my first withdrawal of $200 after verification was processed relatively without problems.
Then I made more deposits and decided to withdraw $150, but they cancel my withdrawal and tell me to withdraw $150-$33 ($33 is my last deposit), that is, withdraw money minus my clean deposit.
They also added this absurd clause to their rules:
“From Clean deposit: Eligible withdrawal amount to be processed removing the clean deposit amount.”
I consider this clause fraudulent because the casino has no right to withhold my clean deposit when withdrawing funds.
And because it is illogical. I had deposits of $140 and $150 in this casino, and if I had, for example, made a deposit of $150, played for a long time with this money in their casino and in the end I had the same $150 left on my balance, then when I tried to withdraw, I would not have been able to withdraw it, because according to their rules: “From Clean deposit: Eligible withdrawal amount to be processed removing the clean deposit amount.” Do you understand the absurdity of the situation?
These are scammers, I warn all potential players.
