Bonus Kong Casino Review

Currently, Bonus Kong Casino works with a small but decent selection of both popular and secure payment methods. Registered players can find credit/debit cards like Visa and Mastercard, as well as online payment solutions like Revolut, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Skrill, and Paysafecard. Bank transfers are also available, as well as crypto transactions. To be exact, there is a variety of cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Tether (USDT), Bitcoin Cash (BCH), USD Coin (USDC), Litecoin (LTC), Dogecoin (DOGE), and Tron (TRX).

With this in mind, you should also beware that the exact range of payment methods may vary according to your country of residence, and for that reason some of the above mentioned options may not be available for you. For a more detailed list of the valid banking options you can log in and visit the cashier at your account.

Furthermore, another great news is that Bonus Kong accepts a diversity of different currencies such as Euro (EUR), Canadian Dollar (CAD), Brazilian Real (BRL), Norwegian Krone (NOK), New Zealand Dollar (NZD), Czech Koruna (CZK), South African Rand (ZAR), Romanian Leu (RON), Australian Dollar (AUD), Bitcoin (BTC), Tether (USDT), Ethereum (ETH), as well as other cryptocurrencies.

When it comes to the minimum deposit, the house states that it varies depending on the country you are playing from. Overall, the amount is usually around €20 for all banking options and that’s the gold standard for the sector.

In addition to that, the casino also reminds you that when depositing using cryptocurrencies, you need to ensure you’re depositing an amount greater than or equal to the minimum deposit limit for that particular currency, as displayed on the deposit page of your account. Deposits below this limit cannot be processed by the payment processor and will not reach your account and nor can they be returned to you.

As for the minimum withdrawal, it also depends on the country you are playing from and varies from €50 to €120. As a matter of fact, the usual amounts for the sector are between €10 and €40, so the conditions here seem a bit steep. Yet, for most of the countries the minimum withdrawal is around €50, which is still reasonable.

Furthermore, the casino also states that maximum withdrawal limits may be applied, but the exact amounts are not specified. Note however that if you win more than €15,000 the casino reserves the right to divide the payout into monthly installments of maximum €15,000 until the full amount is paid out.

Next, most of the withdrawals are processed within 24 business hours after approval. Yet, note that some delays may occur due to verification, high workload on the payment providers side, or technical nuances on your bank’s side.

Another good news is that there are no deposit or withdrawal fees here. Yet, note that withdrawals via bank transfers can in exceptional cases be subject to additional charges by the intermediary banks. These charges remain outside the influence of the casino and are in our experience limited to the equivalent of €16.

When we talk about payouts, also pay attention that you need to rollover your deposit at least x3 times before any cash-outs are allowed. This procedure is in line with the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies and is absolutely typical for the market. To be exact, most of the houses tend to ask for between x1 and x3 wagers of the deposit in order to ensure that all money is used for gambling purposes only. Finally, note that if you skip the rollover requirement there will be a certain fee that however is not specified.

Finally, note that any account that hasn’t been used for 12 consecutive months will be considered inactive and as a result a monthly administrative fee of €10 will be charged. The casino will stop deducting the fee if the account balance is zero or if the account is reactivated.

Bonus Kong Casino is owned and operated by Rocket Play B.V., incorporated under the laws of Curacao. The company is also licensed and regulated by the Curacao Gaming Control Board (CGCB) under Online Gaming License number OGL/2024/2413/1228.

This being said, Curacao is one of the most popular gambling jurisdictions around the globe and is considered by many for the standard of the sector. This means that online casinos licensed there can ensure a decent client protection, provably fair games, professional customer support services, smooth transactions, and an overall issue-free gaming experience. The Curacao Gaming Control Board (CGCB) also regularly supervises all licensed entities in order to ensure fair and transparent conditions and a high safety index for all customers. In addition to that, you can always file a complaint to the regulator if any issue occurs while using the services of the casino, and that’s yet another added extra.

With this in mind, Bonus Kong Casino makes everything possible to ensure that your personal and financial information remains 100% secure and confidential. For this reason it imploys industry standard security protocols, plus the connection to the site is encrypted and authenticated. Another good news is that you can also set a Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) in order to improve your account security even more. Just go to your personal profile, section Security and enable the 2FA by downloading Google Authenticator. Then follow the instructions at the website and within a few minutes your account will be double-secured!

Furthermore, another reason we approve this house is because it pays special attention to safe and responsible gameplay. In other words, Bonus Kong offers several responsible gambling tools to help you control your gameplay and stay away from gambling addiction. In order to activate any of them, just visit your profile, section Gambling Limits and choose from the available options – there are deposit limits, session limits, a Cool-off period, and a Self-exclusion option. You can learn more about each setting down below:

• Deposit limits – Bonus Kong allows its customers to set deposit limits for a day, a week, or a month and stay away from overspending. Just go to your profile, section Gambling Limits and choose the Deposit limit. Then enter a desired amount and select a time period. Note however that the restriction takes effect immediately so once you hit the set limit no more investments will be possible until the time span expires.
• Session limits – with this tool you can set a limit on how much time you can spend on gambling. Overall, you can set a restriction starting from 6 minutes and above and once you hit the limit you will be automatically logged out of your account.
• Self-exclusion – the Self-exclusion period is suitable for players who want to take a longer break from gameplay. To be exact, registered players can request the self-exclusion option for 3 months to 5 years or even for an indefinite period of time. That being said, in order to self-exclude yourself you need to contact the support team or visit your account, section Self-exclusion and follow the instructions. Initially, you will be offered a Cooling-Off period that lasts for 24 hours, during which you will not be able to place bets, but will still be able to log into your account. To activate it, press the Cooling-Off activation button provided in the email that you receive. After 24 hours, you can extend the Self-Exclusion for a suitable period of time. It can be one day, a week, half a year, or permanently. To confirm the selected period, you will also need to follow the link provided in the email. Mind however that once you activate the Self-exclusion option your account will be blocked and no logins or payouts will be possible until the time span expires. If you do not activate a new Self-Exclusion period 24 hours after the Cooling-Off period has expired, your account will automatically be unlocked and you will be able to request a new Cooling-Off period.

In addition to that, Bonus Kong Casino also suggests that you install parenting control software such as CyberPatrol, GamBlock, Solid Oak Software, or Net Nanny in order to prevent minors from using the services of gambling platforms.
