What I liked?
1spinnwincasino has nothing i like about it nothing at all it needs to be shut down and the owner suid in the magistrates court
What I didn’t like:
i made numerous deposit on this casino on the the 18/12/2023 i played and i won i won a total of $1250.00 of my deposit of $10.00 there was no conditions about a max withdrawal when i deposited i went to withdraw my money and they said to me max withdrawal is $250.00 and 1000.00 would be forfeited i did not claim any bonus with this deposit what so ever i was not happy when i seen what they had said to me on live chat i asked how long it would take for this withdrawal as i had withdrawn 100 from them about 1 hour earlier on the 100 was in my account in 5 minutes so i thought it would be quick aswell during my conversations with them whilst i was waiting ask why is it taking so long they said dear we processing now will be in your bank shortly with a smiling emoji i waited 1 hour passed and still no money i contacted them again and they said to me it’s done then sent me the reciept i looked at the reciept and the name on it wasn’t my full name the pay id wasn’t my pay id it was my bsb and account number it didn’t have my bank name and didn’t look legit it looked fake it was not deposit reciept i msg them and said why is the name not correct and why didn’t you pay id it to my pay id witch is a mobile number i dont have any other pay id i have not recieved and money to my bank they said how could you say you haven’t recieved the money it was processed i said ive looked at my bank and its not in there i said the reciept amd details on it are not correct i said there not the details i added when signing up to the casino they said to me we are sorry love but we are processing your withdrawal from one of our new bank account and the waiting time would be 24 hours minimum i was like wtf what’s going on you just told me it was done i was getting annoyed and frustrated i started to loose my cool cause they had already sent me a withdrawal i don’t understand why they didn’t just send it to the same details as they did when i won 100 dollars i waited 24 hours money still not there i msged and got no response i msged and msg and msged and got no response 1 day later i got a response say hi boss how can i assist you i said are you serious my withdrawal look at the msgs ive sent for two days straight what is happening with it it’s not in my account they said we processed it i said i haven’t recieved it ill send my bank statement they ignored me again this time for 3 days straight i kept msging live chat the same questions and got no response they till this day didn’t respond i finally got a reply today and i got the same sentence over and over again we processed it 3 months ago is what they said i said no im sick of this im sending proof i sent my bank statement going back to december the 15th every transaction is on there money coming in and money coming out i asked to speak to manager or owner no reply ive been treated like a liar like a nobody like im a joke and they stole my money and id never recommend anyone to play there casino i want to start a law suit against them and i am and im going to win
