How does Samurai’s Katana work?

Samurai’s Katana is played on a 5-reel and 4-row game field with 20 paylines. On these, you must spin identical symbols on at least 3 consecutive reels from the 1st reel to make a winning combination.

The gamble feature can be activated by simultaneously spinning a “normal” scatter symbol on the leftmost reel and a gamble scatter symbol on the rightmost reel. What the gamble scatter symbol does is that it awards a so-called “free spins prize” to the player. This can award the following:

Stacked wilds

Wilds can land stacked in Samurai’s Katana, which means that multiple wild symbols land on top of each other on the same reel. In the base game, this can only happen on the middle 3 reels.

In subsequent spins, a stacked wild does not immediately disappear from the playing area. Instead, it pushes itself down 1 row at a time, while meanwhile the other positions on the playing field rotate again. This process continues until the top wild symbol of the stacked wild has fallen to the bottom of the playing field.

Instant prize symbols are clearly identified by the fact that they show a bet multiplier. At all times the amount involved is a minimum of 1 times and a maximum of 1,000 times the bet.
