Casino software provider, EveryMatrix, continues to revolutionise the gambling industry. On May 21, 2025, the company announced the launch of its unified loyalty and gamification system – EngageSuite.
About EveryMatrix
EveryMatrix is a leading B2B iGaming software provider offering modular, scalable solutions for casino, sports betting, payments, and affiliate management.
With over 1,400 employees across 15 countries, the company serves more than 300 global clients, including Tier 1 operators and brands in the regulated U.S. market. The gambling provider is also a proud member of the World Lottery Association and was the first iGaming supplier to receive the WLA Safer Gambling Certification in 2023.
EngageSuite is Up and Running
EveryMatrix’s EngageSuite is a comprehensive solution designed to transform how operators engage, reward, and retain players across every channel.
The product provides operator partners with a fully customisable toolkit. Hence, allowing them to develop personalised, engaging player journeys to improve loyalty and deliver value in the long run.
A Unified Ecosystem of Retention Mechanics
The innovative EngageSuite combines a powerful blend of retention mechanics, such as bonuses, levelling, loyalty currency, tournaments, challenges, mini-games, and jackpots, all under a unified platform.
It doesn’t rely on isolated features, and instead, enables operators to incorporate its components to develop an interconnected experience, which would be designed to accommodate operators’ brand and player preferences.
According to the provider, the brand-new ecosystem should improve both players’ experience and provider operators with one-of-a-kind flexibility on how to engage with their users.
Full Control for Operators
With the new platform, casino brands would also be able to manage everything through a single back-office. They would also have full control of each of the components.
In the meantime, on the front end, operators can use customisable widgets to deliver a fully branded player experience. Integration is seamless, with a single connection point to CRMs, marketing, and automation platforms. The suite also features real-time AI-driven personalisation and churn prevention.
Adoption and Impact Since Launch
As of the writing of the article, all EngageSuite components are up and running with casino partners of EveryMatrix. According to the company, the new ecosystem has already provided positive results.
So far, challenges have improved game rounds by 15%, while Unique Active Players across games have jumped by 20%. Also, the JackpotEngine boosting average bet has increased by 5.4%, and the number of rounds per session is 8.9% higher. Lastly, the length of the average session has been boosted by 3.8%.
Since its debut in September 2024, the company’s LoyaltyEngine has enjoyed wide adoption across partners. It’s now live with 16 brands, with more on track to utilise it soon.
Leadership Perspective on EngageSuite
CEO Casino at EveryMatrix, Stian Enger Pettersen, has said a few words on the new EngageSuite. Here’s what he said:
“EngageSuite is more than a gamification toolkit. It’s a transformative engagement solution with strong synergies across all its components. Each component is powerful on its own, but they truly shine when used together. Operators set the framework, and players personalise their journey with the benefits they value most.”
