After you have contacted customer support and lost your deposited funds, the cashback will be credited to your account. The cashback funds are credited to your bonus balance and are subject to a 40-time wagering requirement. Only after the wagering requirements have been completed, will you be able to withdraw any of the bonus funds. The bonus’s validity period is 7 days and all bonuses will need to be completed within the 7-day period. If the bonus has not been fully wagered after the 7-day period, the bonus will be annulled and all the funds will be removed from your account.
Wagering
The cashback will be credited as bonus funds and is subject to 40-time wagering requirements. To complete the requirements, you will need to place bets at Abo of at least 40 times the bonus and deposit funds. After completing the wagering, the bonus will be transferred to your real money account and will become available for withdraw. The bonus’s validity period is 7 days. The wagering needs to be completed within the validity period. If after the end of the validity period you still haven’t completed the wagering requirements, the bonus will be annulled and all bonus funds will be removed from your account. Payment Restrictions

- Maximum Winnings: Winnings from the cashback bonus, like all other bonuses offered by Abo, are limited to EUR 10,000. If you win more than that from you cashback funds, any winnings above EUR 10,000 will be confiscated.
- Maximum Bet: You cannot exceed EUR 5 in a single bet, including any doubling or purchase of bonus features, while wagering the cashback bonus. Bets above EUR 5 will not count towards the wagering requirements and might lead to the termination of your bonus and the confiscation of all bonus assets.
Game Restriction
The cashback can only be wagered on slot and table games. All other games, including all live and mini-games, are excluded from the promotion and any bets on them will not be taken into account when calculating the wagering requirments. While all slot and table games contribute toward the requirements, not all of them contribute your full wager. Table games contribute only 10% of your wager. While most slot games contribute your full wager towards the requirements, about a hundred titles are excluded from all promotion and will not contribute to the wagering requirements. Reasons for not receiving your bonus
