VIP Casino Review
VIP Casino is an exciting new online casino by Casiworx NV, a young iGaming operator already running a few other brands. At it, you can explore a great selection of more than 3000 titles where brand new releases are constantly added. The website is also loaded with tons of juicy deals and has its own Loyalty Program, which means even more prizes and perks. Lastly, the payment section supports various options, including many cryptos, so if this is your “weapon of choice”, this may be the perfect place for you!
But before giving it our wholehearted approval, let’s go and check the terms and if there are any pitfalls you should be aware of!
VIP Casino Bonuses
New players joining VIP casino for the first time can start their journey with a Welcome Package of up to $900 plus 225 free spins on the first 4 deposits. Each must be at least $20 to qualify for a bonus, and on the first, you will receive a 100% match of up to $200.
Your second deposit will bring you a 50% bonus of up to $200 plus 50 free spins, and the third, a 100% bonus of up to $200 plus 75 free spins.
The last part of the Package will double up your fourth deposit up to $300, and will also add 100 free spins on top of it.
To clear the requirements, you’ll have to wager the bonuses, the deposits that triggered them, and the winnings from the spins 45 times within 7 days while making bets not higher than $5. We find these terms quite displeasing since the validity is much shorter than the best possible, and the required rollover is higher than the average. Also, you should note that each bonus from the Package comes with a maximum winnings conversion of 10 times its amount.
If you feel like playing it big, you can opt for a 58% High Roller Bonus of up to $1000, which is available once for a minimum deposit of $500. It comes with the same validity, rollover, and maximum winnings conversion as the previous.
To its registered members, VIP Casino offers a 59% Reload Bonus of up to $200 plus 50 free spins on Wednesdays, and a 110% Exclusive Bonus of up to $300 on Fridays.
Besides that, there are 2 cashback deals, which will recover 10% of your net losses on slots or live casino for the previous day. You can claim the respective cashback twice within a 24-hour period, and once credited, it will be valid for 7 days for you to clear its wagering requirements of 3 times.
As to the casino’s Loyalty Program, it has 10 levels, and as usual, to climb up the Loyalty ladder, you must collect comp points, which are given by 1 for every $20 in real money wagers.
Game Selection
VIP casino owns a fantastic library where you can explore plenty of titles from various categories. As usual, the most numerous are slots, but you can also play different crash games, including Chicky Run, Quantum X, Piggy Tap, Air Boss, Avia Masters, and others.
There are also more than enough table and card games to choose from, including Double Exposure or 21 Burn Blackjack, European or American Roulette, Hi Lo Switch, Caribbean or Pai Gow Poker, Pontoon, Dragon Tiger, Andar Bahar, Craps, and others.
Additionally, you can join more than 120 live dealer lobbies, where you can play Roulette, Baccarat, and Blackjack or bet on Game Shows, such as Deal or No Deal, Crazy Time, Dream Catcher, Monopoly Big Baller, and more.
Last but not least, the casino offers a fantastic range of instant games, including Plinko, Jet Lucky 2, Long Ball, Mines, Hotline, and many more.
Unfortunately, none of the games is offered with a demo version, so you’ll have to place a real money bet if you want to try a particular one.
Game Suppliers
VIP Casino’s catalog is delivered by providers of a different range, including industry giants like BetSoft, Playtech, Pragmatic Play, Quickspin, Thunderkick, and Yggdrasil. You can also play games developed by smaller but yet reputable studios, such as Evoplay, Gamzix, Playson, Relax Gaming, Wazdan, Yggdrasil, and others.
Deposit and Withdrawals
The casino’s Banking section supports a good selection of fiat and crypto options, so you can easily deposit and withdraw. Their availability depends on your country of residence, and after registering an account, you’ll be able to choose from MuchBetter, Visa, Skrill, Neteller, Mastercard, Binance, Ethereum, USD Coin, Litecoin, Bitcoin, Tether, Dogecoin to deposit.
By default, the withdrawals are processed back to the same method used for deposit, and if this is not possible, the casino will choose an option at its sole discretion. The accepted fiat currencies are EUR, BRL, NOK, CAD, PLN, DKK, USD, and NZD.
The minimum you can deposit is only $10, which is pretty standard, while the minimum cash-out is $50, which although slightly higher than the average is still acceptable.
To follow the standard Anti-Money Laundering procedures, you will have to wager your deposits at least once before a payout, and if you fail to comply with this rule, the casino will charge you a fee. Lastly, the maximum payout limits are set to $10000 per week, and $40000 per month, which we find quite satisfying, considering that lately most sites allow about $10000-$15000 per month.
Security and Licensing
VIP Casino is run by Casiworx NV, a company holding a license from the Curacao Gaming Authority, which is the main go-to option for operators willing to accept crypto payments. While the Caribbean regulator was known in the past years for its indifferent approach toward disputes and lax operating rules compared to the UK Gambling Commission or the Malta Gaming Authority, recent reformations in its operating practices are now adding an extra security layer since the jurisdiction will intervene in disputes. This means that if the operator refuses to pay your winnings or violates your customer rights somehow, you can refer to the authorities and ask for cooperation.
Customer Support
You can reach the customer support team at VIPCasino casino only via email. You can use the round bubble in the bottom right corner of your screen for a direct message, and an agent will reply as soon as possible.
Layout and Navigation
The website has a standard, user-friendly structure, and you will have no issues while browsing through it to find any piece of information you may need. The tabs for the Bonuses section and the game categories are positioned at the very top of the page. If you scroll down to the bottom, you will find the General Terms, the Bonus Conditions, a list of the available payment methods, and the casino’s ownership and license details.
Mobile Casino
VIP Casino’s website is fully compatible with iOS and Android and has excellent functionality on all modern mobile devices. This means you can pick up your smartphone or tablet and jump straight into the action without downloading any additional software or installing an app. You will find most of the features and games in the mobile version, so you can enjoy gambling whenever you’re on the go.
The bottom line
After reviewing VIP casino, we can outline its major ups and downs, so you can make an informed decision whether it is worth your while or not. First, it has a nice game collection with interesting games from multiple categories, but unfortunately, none of them is available with a free demo. The ongoing promotions are more than enough, but unfortunately, their conditions are quite poor compared to what’s required at other sites, which might spoil your player’s experience to some extent. However, the website allows rather generous maximum payouts, but on the other hand, does not provide online customer support assistance, which we believe is quite important.
