Customer service is shocking online chat disconect you after explaining your issues if they carnt help one manager I thought I got some where but dint ID verticated should be done before any game play or depisit they ignore your emails worst I’ve ever had to deal with in there terms and conditions doesn’t say valid passport and as gambling commissionare states on withdrawal id cannot be asked for as this should be done before any game play well these just ignore the rules I’ve won money and cannot withdraw they think by returning my deposit it’s ok and the £870 I won they can keep they accepted my depisit ok dint ask for any id nothing when I won I sent in as they asked passport expired medical card bank card letter from NHS with my DOB on name and address council tax bill proof of income from dwp and disabilty pensions done a photo of me holding my passport and more and they still won’t except it now I cannot get online chat and emails totally ignore I’ve explained I did try to get new passport but my phone doesn’t take good enough photo so I’ve got to go photo booth take my mask off and risk getting covid I’ve got COPD and diaabiyis and had septis so you can understand why I cannot get my passport. They have proof of this as I sent an hospital letter with my DOB name and address on it from NHS still nothing so where gambling commissionare states no one is allowed to deposit or play any free games till account fully vertified and upon withdrawal no id can be asked for but they say there terms and conditions say id can be asked for any time so they are breeching there licence and some thing needs to be done ime disabiled and when the manager asked me to get all the paperwork I mentioned send copies and she said under the circumstances she said they might except it and will send email soon as she know that was a week ago still cannot withdraw my disabilty does not effect me gambling but ime so stressed and upset the way ime treated ime 50 years old gambled for years not once have I ever been through this to get my money and it’s 7 weeks now and getting no where I’ve complained and still ignored they shouldn’t be able to have a licence if they cheating people out of there money and don’t know what else I can do
