The duel takes place in the big courtyard, the one between the wooden buildings and the city fence. It pits various individuals against each other. Sometimes men and women, sometimes cards. But you are comfortable from the secure altitude at which you stand. Indeed, the show is in perspective from your point of view, and it is as if you are omnipotent, you see everything.
Layout
In Wild Duel, publisher Peter & Sons has combined 5 reels with 3 rows, and 10 paylines. The payout ratio is 96.11%. Here you have to bet an amount between $0.20 and $100 per spin. The maximum possible winning potential is 10,000 times the bet. And to help you reach it, Peter & Sons has put a number of elements at your disposal.
For starters, the game’s classic symbols pay between 2 and 4 times the bet for a winning combination line of 5 symbols. Other payout symbols pay between 7 and 11 times the initial bet. Also, in a non-winning combination, the Wild can make an appearance. In this perspective, 3 Wilds are randomly positioned on the reels.
Features
Wild Duel
This is where the game really comes into its own. To activate it, all you have to do is line up 2 Scatters on the game grid. On the move, you win an extra turn, and 2 new reels are created: 1 in the front and 1 in the back. In the front reel, called the Marshal reel, you can have characters, or empty spaces. Each character can bring Wilds, Extended Wilds, and Sticky Wilds to the grid. In the back reel, called the Outlaw reel, there are either multipliers of up to x10 or blanks.
If there are two characters in the same row, i.e. 1 in the back and 1 in the front, they enter a duel to the death. If the Marshal’s side wins the duel, then the Wild unites with the Outlaw’s side multiplier. Keep in mind that more than one duel can occur at the same time, so more than one win can be achieved simultaneously. Also, the extra rounds will run as long as there is a duel and the Marshall side wins. If there is no duel, or the Marshall side is defeated, the feature stops.
Free Spins
Wild Duel also offers free spins. 3 Scatters on the grid equals 10 free spins. And get this, during these 10 free spins, you are in the middle of a Wild Duel (feature). As a bonus, 1 duel rewards you with an extra free spin. 2 to 3 duels means 2 extra spins.
Overall
Despite this stark and lonely look, Wild Duel accepts poker game symbols ranging from Ace to Royal 10. On the other side, you have symbols related to the game’s desert environment: cacti, dried out skulls, boots, and wooden TNT boxes. Wilds and Scatters are also part of the game.
