In Japan, Toro is crowned Shōgun to bring back the heart of Fuji. He does this in a 5 reel and 4 row playfield that will expand with each win. This increases the number of paylines to 1,378 if you expand all reels to the maximum of 10 symbols.

Toro Shogun you play with a bet between $0.20 and $100. When you start up the slot, this is set at $1. You can adjust it by clicking on the piles of coins with a plus at the bottom left.

At the start of each spin, you get a 5×4 playfield. However, this is a growing playfield as ELK Studios also used with the Gold series, among others. The Wild symbol does not appear automatically in the reels during spins. However, you will see it often, because every winning combination leaves them behind. When a combination disappears, 1 reel is randomly selected. Here the winning symbols are replaced by Wilds.

Walking Wild

In addition, there is a type of Wild that can appear on the last reel though. Wild Toro is back to walk from right to left. Matador and Toro Goes Wild

Toro’s archenemy also shows up in Japan. In Toro Shogun, you won’t encounter an ordinary Matador, but a Ninja Matador. This is a trade that does nothing for you. Unless you have two Matadors or more in your playfield. Then they trigger a Respin until you run out of new ones.

If you see both a Wild Toro and Matador in your screen, the bull gets mad. He puts it on the run to catch the Matador. To do this, he will first go up or down horizontally. Shogun Mode

The last special symbol you may encounter is the Bonus symbol. This Scatter appears on reels 1, 3 and 5. If you collect all three, you will win the bonus round with 7 Free Spins.
