What do you have to do in Blood & Shadow?

In this slot you win when at least 3 identical symbols land next to each other on the reels. A combination only applies if it is made from left to right and if the first symbol lands on the far left reel.

There are as many as 17 different symbols present in the game. Of these, 15 have a paying function, with the female demon having the highest value. There are 2 symbols with no value, but these do have a special function and trigger certain bonus features in the slot.

Ritual Bar

Below the play area is a special Ritual Bar. The first special symbol is the Scatter. This is a heart that explodes when it lands in the field. This fills the Ritual Bar. There are 5 levels you can unlock with this Ritual Bar and with each level you need more points to fill the meter:

• Level 1: 20 points
• Level 2: 30 points
• Level 3: 40 points
• Level 4: 60 points
• Level 5: 80 points

You fill the Ritual Bar by collecting winning combinations and Scatter symbols. The symbols and the Scatters each have their own value:

• Symbols with medium value: give 1 point per winning symbol
• High-value symbols: give 2 points per winning symbol
• Scatters: give 10 points

With each level you move up, the symbol with the lowest value is removed from the game. Ritual Bar progress is reset if no more winning combination is made.

Cursed Spins are played with only high paying symbols.

Candle Spins

When you level up in the Ritual Bar, you earn 2 Candle Spins up to level 4. These are like 2 Free Spins. Starting at level 5, you earn 6 Free Spins called the Cursed Spins. You’ll read more about that later.

Sticky Wild

The other special symbol in this slot is the Sticky Wild. It appears on reels 2 through 5 and can replace any paying symbol in the game. During the Candle and Cursed Spins, this symbol sinks to the bottom of the reel and is locked in this spot until it becomes part of a winning combination or when the Spins run out.

xSplit

In a Nolimit City slot, this feature is not to be missed. This symbol splits either an entire reel or row in half, thus giving you 2x as many symbols on the reel or row. Multiple xSplits can land per row, but only 1 xSplit can land per reel.

Start at level 5 of the Ritual Bar. Here you trigger 6 Free Spins and the Ritual Bar is removed. This turns into a normal row of symbols so you start playing on a 5×5 field containing only high-value symbols.

If a Scatter lands in your field during the feature, it will earn you an extra Cursed Spin.

Nolimit Bonus
