complete fraudsters, won on the casino – no bonus involved so no wagering etc . tried to withdraw , and now the claim i need to provide my iban….this wouldnt be an issue normally but when there is someone trying to constatly withdraw my balance via crypto and mystake answer to this is …..”we dont know who or why , but give us your iban so you can withdraw safely” my acceptance of never getting that balance was confirmed.

They stole €1200 off me because i made 3 deposits to this amount, won €950 back. When i tried to withdraw funds, my money was forfeited (they tool it) because of apparent bonus abuse. They site just steals money instead of paying out.

I’m currently going through the AGCCS with complaint about this casino. I attempted to deposit tomymystake account, it showed as transaction failed, I attempted a further 4 times, each time, it stated the payment had failed. I checked my bank account and ALL 5 of the £20 deposits I made had been taken from my bank account but had not been allocated to my casino balance. I went in the online chat and they said they would refer it to the payments team, the next day I received 1 of the £20 missing deposits back into my casino account. I’ve chased EVERY DAY for the remaing 4 and each time I’m told, I have to wait! For what? They managed to get 1 of the payments back the next day but not the other 4?? Having looked at this casino reviews on Google, the reviews are riddled with the same problem, payments had been taken from people’s banks but not added to the players casino account. DO NOT PLAY HERE!! Bunch of fraudsters.
