Have been playing on this casino for the last 6 months and have made this my favorite and go to casino to play on. I have a few different accounts with other casinos and prefer Mad Money because they have a nice simple design that is easy on they eyes as well as amazing promotions every week. I recently entered their tournament and won which was exciting and won raw cash that I was able to successfully withdrawal. Horrendous bonus terms. I deposited €100 and was super happy that I won €3300 on Book of Dead. Turns out that the max cashout with a bonus is €1000, €2300 was removed from my account. Took me 24 hours to verify my account and then chat tells me that it will take another 7 BUSINESS DAYS to verify my cashout and have it processed! 7 business days, that is ABSURD! I would not recommend this site to anyone, there are hundreds if not thousands of legit sites out there with decent offers, no max cashouts and no 7 day wait.

I am waiting for 11 days for my withdrawal to be paid after i won on my first deposit, and i have made another one couple days ago. I find it very funny to read on their welcome page that the withdrawal are processed very fast when i did not receive my winnings for almost 2 weeks now.
