I received a free bonus with a wager requirement and max cashout of $1200. I met the wager requirement and won $2400. I went to cashout and it required documentation. I sent originally on 8/8/2022. I resubmitted all documentation to “support”, “faxback”, Iris, and Brooke more than several times each. I have contacted live chat and they keep telling me i need to resubmit the forms. I have resubmitted to all these people more than 8 times and every time they tell me they need a different piece from the time before. I keep submitting all and they keep coming back saying something is wrong with it or they didnt get it. When they confirm they have all the documents then i get another email stating they need it again. AFter the 9th time, i have refused to submit it anymore times and told them i was going to follow up with a complaint. I have all the emails and they certainly have all the chat messages and hours i have spent with them on chat to get this resolved. They still refuse to make payment. Will try to get licensing info to complain.

They don’t expect you to win, if by chance you do it takes a lifetime to get the money you’ve won. You have to go through an extensive process to get approved and it takes at least a month. Then they claim you can request a payout of $2,000 a week but it takes 7 business days to get approved and they limited me to $500. So, I requested $500 and they only approved $300 – 3 times! It took me over 2 months to get the money I had won and a lot of hoops to jump through. I did finally get my money but it was exhausting. And then they stopped giving me bonus offers. I guess as long as you don’t win anything, this might be the casino for you!!!

Trying to cash out was a nightmare! It says you can request up to 2,000 a week – fat chance! Limited me to $500 and then only approved $300 3 times! I had to go through the cash out process 4 times to get all of the money I won. It also took 7 business days to get approved for a cash out and believe me, they took all 7 days, not a moment sooner. Then you had to wait up to another 7 days for your deposit to show up. And the kicker was that after I had luck and won they stopped giving me bonus offers, apparently they are only for people who lose. This betting site is a complete scam and borderline criminal. I had $26,000 in my acct. and they completely depleted all but $.93 and told me that since I accepted some $68 monthly bonus money, ran it down to $4 and then deposited more money via CC, played $25 hands rather than only $10 hands, I broke their terms of conditions. I’m pretty sure I’m screwed but would love to see that money back in my acct. Stay away from Lucky Tiger!!!
