luckydays i play there over two years i spent maybe over 150,000$ i never got any back or i won more than 10,000$ and it happened only twice in two years after i spent 150,000$ i am very happy with this Casino but I get very upset that it doesn’t have max wine and it doesn’t give you any gifts very bad or cashback

What I didn’t like:

The worst casino and customer service that I have ever dealt with. If I can convince you to do one thing please please don’t ever make it deposit onto this site they will steal your winnings and make it impossible to contact support to get any type of resolution. There’s 1 million online casinos and I bet you all of them are better than this one so please find another one

I deposited money and have been waiting ever since for luckydays to upload my deposit after days of emailing still no reply it feels.like a scam I wouldn’t tell anybody to play or join lucky days casino not good at no recommendations from ever I just want my money back

Doesn’t give notice that your bonus will expire and they’ll keep every dollar your players account they say when you take a bonus you have to play through all your own money first which now turns everything into bonus money and if your don’t complete the rollover in 3 days they keep all funds shady site

Stole my original deposit of 900 dollars plus 450 in bonus 1350 total I made it grow to 3400 dollars it says that I had to rollover over 1350 at least 30x all of a sudden my funds disappeared went from 3400.00 to 31.00 they said it must be rollover over in 3 days worst thing is they stole my original bet and so was all my bonus winnings crooks

When I started playing LD few month ago they seemed to be a good website to play. Now it is absolutely crap and scam. They have plenty of games to play but many of them decline the connection. While playing bonus games suddenly error pops up and the game has to be reloaded. it seems to be a scam to me. Last month my winning went missing and took 2 weeks to get it back. Recently they stole my deposit by locking it up in a bonus scam. In other words liars, scammers and total crap. Dont bother to play there.

Beware! This online casino is not legit. I deposited 500.00 and agreed to to 500.00 bonus add on as a new player. I finally had a winning streak playing live roulette and slot play. I tried to cash out at 5000.00 after my roulette and slot play but they said I have to play through the bonus to achieve the cashout. I was told In Live Chat i still have to roll over 27,665.00 in play to cash out and not to Bet over 7.00 on slot play. Guess what I played for 10 hrs+ rolling this money. Until I finally hit 100% turnover and allowed me to cash out. At this point I was sitting at 8205.00 in winning. I hit cashout! 5000.00 and 3205.00 as they only allow 5000.00 per transaction. So it goes to pending which I understand 36hrs later I get this email below. I feel 100% cheated and rapped on this as I won this fair and square. So I’m looking at all avenues on how to get my winnings any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Abusing of the promotion means:

– 10.4.3 customer bonus ratio (deposits / bonuses) is more than 50%.
-10.4.4 any other actions which may damage the Casino.

As a gesture of good faith, we have left your original deposit of $500 CAD in your account balance. 

We will add the $500 CAD Welcome Bonus in your account as a goodwill gesture.

Please make sure you play within the maximum wager limit of $5 CAD until the bonus is completed, or you may lose your winnings again.

What I didn’t like:

After I deposited my 25$ the screen went black. I had to close off the app and reopen it many times. I was able to play the games but I am just worried now that they will steal my money out of my account as there is no deleting of account option. I did not fully verify my account , but they do have my card number and I’m worried.

Don’t say anything about your 100 free spins wil expire on your first deposit, opened the account on August 2020 but only made a deposit 2021 March and did not receive the free spins or any bonus.
Min deposits money is really high to other Big online casinos.

Terrible bonus rules. And even when I made a straight deposit and Bypassed the bonus, it still attached to no it anyways and then couldn’t withdraw. Eats your money quickly, Very minimal free spins and bonus rounds. Won’t go back . Now that being said, I have to be fair. When I did have the deposit issue, the customer service rep was very quick to fix it ( presumably slot of practice haha)

I deposited $20 with 50% deposit bonus ($10) at Lucky Days Casino.
Luckydays Casino classified my own deposit as bonus dollars and all funds are placed in the bonus balance (all $30).
At Luckydays Casino If you don’t spin within 48hr of your deposit, or don’t complete 25x rollover on the deposit plus bonus ($30) within 72 hrs, your entire account balance is taken and wiped clean, funds just disappear.

I felt scammed, been playing 20 years and have never had my own deposit classified as bonus and taken from me.

I can see making a bonus un-withdraw-able for not completing requirements or removing bonus dollars for early withdrawal requests are commonplace in the industry, but the removal of my own deposit, my money, within 72 hours is just a disgusting policy set by this very young and inexperienced casino.

Take your entertainment dollars elsewhere. I highly discourage anyone consider joining Luckydays Casino.

My experience was just dreadful!!!
