What I didn’t like:
I tried to withdraw twice from the casino and both times are approximately $3000. I used a payment method that involves a payment provider that will notify me instantly when the withdrawal is in process so there is no delay on the provider’s side. Both withdrawals were after my account has been verified. The first withdrawal, it took 4 full days after rushing them twice. The second withdrawal, it has been 7 full days already and I am STILL waiting for it, despite keeping close in touch with them about the matter. What they say about quick withdrawal is not true. If one does not want to lose their mind waiting, I recommend stay away.

First of all, When you first join the site you will probably want to get the bonus.., well this requires you to bet 3x the amount of what you deposited, so I asked I dont want that how can I play without this and I was told to play without bonus, I then removed the option that said “remove bonus” and it took away all of the funds in my account., then I deposited money a few months later and opted out of the bonus and now they suddenly tell me there is also an 3x wager on deposits which it does not state on the deposit site, only hidden in their terms of service which do not get referenced anywhere on the deposit site. Next to this they let you deposit and gamble on their site without using an ID but when you want to cash out you will need to send in your identification, so in term people below 18 can gamble here without a license. I did the ID check and they even asked me to send a picture of myself holding my ID with a paper saying hi gioo and the date and told me I would be able to cash out if I did this. They then told me about 3x wager on deposits. I had 104 euros in my account and I had to gamble another 165, which is impossible to actually do. It also said “104 euro’s withdrawable/ 0 locked” because I opted out of the bonus. Then their support team told me ” You can do it with the funds you have. Because you are not going to lose in every game.”. Because I had no other option as my funds are locked, i started to spin 25 cents while counting and this made me slowly lose all the money which WERE not even locked by a bonus and they told me multiple times that only the bonus. I still did not hit this 165 euro mark. I feel scammed and there are so many odds against you in this casino it isnt even close to fair and they are also letting kids gamble and get addicted, you can even gamble with “fake money”.
