So far i am waiting over 24 hours for a reply to my email. I have no option to withdraw with bank transfer and i have to email to try and get this. No matter what options i chose in the live chat you only get a bot then you get lead to a message saying to email them. So there is basically no live chat option for me? Also when i sent my email i got an automatic reply saying not to send multiple emails because this will put my further down in the the que. For me so far the help from support is very lazy and it is fustrating.
