What I liked?
Nothing, The site was horrible and slow and a reason to stay away in itself. But there are a good many other resons as well.
What I didn’t like:
Absolute shameless treatment and scam. I played through a promo and was up over a thousand usd, which steadily dropped to right below 500 after 5-6 hours of play and as the wager reached 100%- both cash and free spin wallet. I try to verify my documents but am told I don’t have a withdrawable balance, despite it clearly saying so on the site. I also contacted customer service chat at this time and was asked to mail support. The wager is at 100% 9.30 wednesday morning until noon, when I come back two hours later the wager for cash wallet is at ca 13.76% and free spin wallet at 36% or thereabouts!!! Without any further interaction on my part at all.
When mailing support I first get no reply, but eventually am told that I had left the promotion but that they were going to “let me keep my winnings” anyway. I had not left the promotion, I had completed the wager and then some. I also pointed out what a ludicrous low percentage this would be after 6-7 hours non-stop betting on slots! It was quite obviously impossible and absurd. When I push them on this I first get no response, but after mailing a screenshot and laying out the math I eventually get a reply- and now suddenly the problem is a computer bug!!! Not my fault at all then, all of a sudden.
And now they expect me to play through the entire wager again? Save 13%. That’s crazy. Also the wager was set to 50x when it should have been set to 25x after buying the bonus multiplier. I try to reach out and send several emails but no response.
So they are holding my money for ransom forcing me to do a completely new wager, and too high at that!!! I’ve asked for the bet history but have not received it. Obvious manipulation and the legality of disqualifying hours of gameplay because of a supposed bug can be questioned to say the least.
