Wagering
After the Surfer's Bonus has been credited to your account, you will need to wager the bonus at least 40 times before it can be withdrawn. Before the bonus has been wagered at least 40 times, you will not be allowed to withdraw the bonus or any winnings resulting from the bonus. After completing the wagering, by placing bets of at least 40 times the bonus and deposit amount, the bonus funds will be converted to real money and can be withdrawn at any time.
You will have 14 days from the time the bonus is credited to your account to complete the wagering requirements. If you do not complete the wagering within the 14 days, the bonus funds will be removed from your account. If you request a withdrawal before you have completed the wagering requirements, you will void your bonus and all winnings accumulated while wagering the bonus.
Payment Restrictions
- Minimum Deposit: You will need to deposit at least AUD 30 on your first deposit if you wish to claim your bonus. The bonus will not be granted if you deposit less than AUD 30.
- Maximum Winnings: Winnings resulting directly from the bonus cannot exceed AUD 10,000. All winnings above the maximum will need to be confiscated.
- Maximum Bet: The maximum allowed bet while wagering a bonus at Casombie is AUD 7.5 including doubling after a game round and the purchase of bonus features. All bets above AUD 7.5 will be removed from the bonus wagering.
Game Restrictions
While most game types at Casombie will contribute your full wager, keep in mind that live and table games contribute only 10% of your wager to the requirements. In addition, bets that are part of any minimum-risk or hedge betting strategies will not be added to the wagering requirements.
Most slot games contribute your full wager to the requirements with a few exceptions. Reasons for not receiving your bonus
- Third-Party Payment Methods

You are not allowed to deposit using third-party payment methods, and all deposits made using payment methods not registered in your name will be voided.
