We were quite disappointed by the promotions section at BetZo, because as soon as we clicked on the tab, we saw that there were no promotions whatsoever being advertised. We scrolled around the website trying to find additional information, or perhaps a VIP club that might make up for it, but unfortunately this was not the case either. Most online casinos nowadays will have all types of bonuses for players, especially welcome bonuses, which are a must. Considering the license here being less stringent in the industry, namely the Anjouan license, it does not make sense that the casino would not be offering bonuses. This was a first step among many where we came across a red flag, or something we did not like. We would like to see some bonuses added to this section if BetZo is ever to compete with other such online gambling platforms.

The games library left a lot to be desired as well. First of all, there aren’t any proper categories apart from slots. There are two tabs named “slots”, only one of which seems to open, and a tab titled “new” that also does not seem to open. The one page of slots was also bugging because we could not scroll down. The total number of games we could see displayed on our screen were less than 20, and we couldn’t open them. All the games seem to come from a single provider, which was another red flag. Overall, this is basically the equivalent of a non-existent game lobby. So, players, beware! Unless this is just a bug, we advise you are very careful before signing up with BetZo.

Those seem quite fair, as the minimum withdrawal is rather low, at only 10 EUR, and the max. withdrawal is 10,000 EUR in most cases, and could be decreased to 5,000 EUR in cases in which the player’s balance is 10 times larger than the total sum of deposits they have completed.
Overall, we would like to see much more transparency, so we can even find out if there is a decent number of payment methods, fair deposit limits and a good selection of currencies. As of now, we simply do not have enough information to be able to give you the full picture. Considering all the red flags we are coming across, it might not be worth it to sign up with BetZo Casino.

Customer support is another huge red flag, which almost made us wonder if this platform is even completed, as there has been so many of them so far, we cannot help but hope that there is another explanation for all of this. Same goes for the mobile casino, just as much of a disappointment as the desktop version, but perhaps only slightly better. The lack of transparency and organization are the same, and most of the bugs are still there, but we could notice that this version was less full of bugs than its counterpart. BetZo does not have a downloadable app, which is not an issue in itself, but considering all the other issues, we are unsure we can say anything positive here either.
