Bet&Hold works with relatively limited, in a way, payment methods, only offering cryptocurrencies to each player. The amount of cryptocurrencies itself is quite varied, as every user can use Ethereum, Litecoin, Tether, USD Coin, TRON, Ripple, Solana, Dogecoin, Binance Coin, Shiba Inu, Bitcoin, Dai, and Bitcoin Cash as payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals. Other than some popular cryptos like Ethereum and Bitcoin, players can also use Shiba Inu and Dai, which are not that easy to come upon when looking at other casinos. There are sadly no bank transfers or e-wallets available as payment solutions which is something significant to take into account.
Other than that, the minimum deposit and withdrawal limits are set at €10, which is a standard for the industry, and we are happy to see them here.
The maximum deposit limit, on the other hand, is €2500 per transaction. When it comes to the maximum withdrawal limit, though, it is €2500 per week with no other limitation per day or per month, which we consider to be a little lower than the industry average.
There is some good news, though, as no fees are charged on either deposits or withdrawals, compensating for the low maximum withdrawal limit.
It is important to note that any withdrawal request requires prior account verification, also known as KYC. You would need to present documents, such as a valid personal identification document (passport, driving license, or national identity card), proof of address of less than 3 months presented in PDF on which the full name and address of the player are mentioned, and any official document from the user’s banking institution. The last document seems a bit unnecessary, as bank transfers are not used in the casino to begin with, meaning funds are transferred between the casino and the user’s wallet only.
Given that withdrawals are conducted solely through cryptocurrency wallets, the bank document requirement might not serve any practical purpose in the context of Bet and Hold Casino. Instead, we feel it may add unnecessary complexity to the verification process, but it is likely required due to regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and risk management.
To verify the account before making a withdrawal, each player has to contact customer support by emailing the documents to verifications@http://localhost:8005. This is the official email given on the casino’s website, but it doesn’t look like a real email, and we are not sure if emailing them at this address will bear any results.
The processing time for an account verification is 1 working day, once all the necessary documents are received, which is considerably faster than most casinos, so we consider that a big plus.
With the KYC process done, keep in mind there is also a rollover requirement to meet. You have to make at least 1x turnover of your deposit, otherwise cash-out will not be allowed, which is a standard and nothing out of the ordinary. This is a requirement for Bet&Hold’s Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy, which doesn’t allow their platform to be used for fraudulent activities. From what we could gather, there is no fee if a player wants to withdraw money without reaching the rollover requirement, meaning that the request would simply be denied instead.

Inactive accounts
You have to keep in mind that if there has been no recorded activity in a player’s account for a period of at least 6 months, it will be considered inactive. Once an account is marked as inactive it will be charged with a management fee of €5 per month, until the account’s balance reaches zero. The account can be reactivated by logging back into the account.
The casino is owned by B&H Evolution Ltd., a company established in Costa Rica. The casino itself is regulated by the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros (Anjouan Gaming) with license no. ALSI-012401003-FI1, which we were able to verify on the licensing authority’s website. We value the transparency the casino offers, which has proven to be a problem with some other casinos.
The casino’s website has an SSL encryption, which confirms the claims by the casino that its platform is safe to use. It has clearly made sure that no information between the player and the casino’s servers can be intercepted by unauthorized third parties. SSL encryption is widely recognized as a standard security protocol for online businesses and is especially important in sectors that handle sensitive information such as online casinos.
Bet&Hold claims to have a strong focus on responsible gaming, and we can confirm that, as its website offers a link to a self-assessment test, as well as a long list of tips for each player. The casino also offers a self-exclusion or “Take a Break” option for players, who have decided they might need a longer break and are unable to control their gambling habits. By reaching out to the customer support, each player can self-exclude, but you have to keep in mind that the exclusion process can take up to 24 hours, and players will not be able to open their accounts for periods ranging from six months to 1 year or even permanently.
We believe that, despite the many other hiccups, the website offers a safe and secure environment for each and every player to enjoy.
We were sad to find that the only method of reaching the customer support is by email at [email protected]. This would mean that replies would take much longer, and overall we think it’s just making the whole process of getting help for any inquiry a player might have much harder than it has to be.
Bet&Hold does promise responses within 24 hours after the email has been received, but if an additional question were to arise, it would take another 24 hours for a reply, making it a very inconvenient method of communication for us.
There is another email listed – verifications@http://localhost:8005, which is supposedly for verification purposes, but as mentioned above, we believe there is a mistake with the handle of the email. We believe it should be listed as [email protected], but we would advise you to contact the customer support at [email protected] for further clarification.
