What I didn’t like:

Mexico-based casino site that preys on people who have used the Gamstop scheme to block them from use of UK/EU regulated providers. They will not “close” the accounts of problem gamblers but merely lock them for 30 days, after which you will be offered incentives to return by text and email. It doesn’t seem to be possible to have an account deleted, or to stop the marketing communications outside of the lock period.

Extremely unhelpful customer service who act as intermediaries between the “technical” and “payment” departments, neither of which you are allowed to communicate with directly. Agents obfuscate, cite “policy” and hide behind “terms of service” that would be overturned in a UK court as they breach the UK’s Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977, safe in the knowledge that they cannot be pursued in a UK court or reported to UK regulators for their unethical behaviour.

600 euro refund request has been outstanding for eight months during which time identity checks have been required several times. The most recent verification has expired and we are now at an impasse. Am no longer expecting money to be returned.

What I didn’t like:

The website is legit scam, most of the users can’t validate their identity including me, I sent clear pictures of my passport, ID card both sides, me holding the passport and they don’t accept any of this sent email to customer support and got reply that the reason is the details are not clear visible enough which is not true. However when I tried to withdraw my winnings got declined asking me to wager 5x times of my deposit which is also done and they just keep declining it so no possible way to take your money. Never trust this casino as no ownership is provided or license. All the money they will keep for themselves and nobody can withdraw.
Really can’t understand how big gaming companies like netent and novomatic can allow them to operate.

What I didn’t like:

I disliked the fact that live chat is rarely available.
I disliked that when I tried to withdraw, they asked me for documentation, which I provided. They then said a UK drivers licence is no longer valid, as they work internationally and only now accept a passport (which I don’t have)? Really don’t understand what that meant, as many international sites accept UK drivers licence.
I disliked that I showed them it is in their own terms and conditions, that a drivers licence IS accepted and they just told me to email the finance department. I have done this several times and had zero response.
I disliked that despite being called by one of their promoters, I explained the situation to him and he said he would find out and contact me back but never did.
I dislike, that despite even more attempts at contacting them, I now seem to have zero response and cannot withdraw my €150.
I was even asked if I had an expired passport, which would be ok as proof. I don’t bit surely this wouldn’t be a valid form of ID?
Just want my money back now and even though I have told them it isn’t a UK legal requirement to hold a passport, that it costs £75 & can take up to 8 weeks to arrive and that their terms clearly show drivers licence is acceptable, they just keep saying I need a passport and to contact their finance department etc. I’m in a loop and it isn’t getting resolved. My advice? Please avoid, unless you want to lose your money. Unless of course AgentNowager wish to prove me wrong and actually give me my money back.
