5 Things to be aware of when playing at 24.Bet

We found the bellow points risky when reading the terms and conditions of 24.Bet

24 Hours

You will have one day from the time the casino gets your payment to request a refund. Until you receive the casino's confirmation on the status of your refund, refrain from placing any bets. On the other side, it is possible to cancel your request.

4 Minutes

A representative from the casino will respond to your chat request within four minutes. Because getting a response by email might take up to a day, this is the better technique to utilize if you want assistance from customer care.

1 Hour

One of the attractive aspects of cryptocurrency is the extremely quick settlement of transactions. The platform will review your request and send you the necessary tokens within an hour.

3 Days

The platform is required by regulation to examine your withdrawal request within three days. Also, if fewer requests are received, the casino will have more time to fulfill yours.

50x

Bonuses at this casino have a reasonable wagering requirement of 50x. Make sure you've met all of the conditions before you ask for a withdrawal and get your bonus money.

The ambiance, UI, and features of the casino are equally crucial as the games and bonuses. You will never be the same after playing at 24Casino.Bet Casino. The accessibility of great deals and the useful features of the platform brought me joy. From what I can see, this is a great platform for new bettors, therefore I recommend giving it a try.

24Casino.Bet Review

24Casino.Bet is a relatively new online casino that opened its virtual doors late in 2020 with a nice selection of almost 1200 games, most of which are slots. It gained popularity among the UK players willing to avoid the UK gambling Commission’s stringent restrictions, as it is not included in the GamStop scheme and is not obliged to abide by the strict regulator’s operation policies. Join us to take a closer look at it and decide if it’s a safe gambling space where you can peacefully spend some of your free time and money or one of those rogue casinos purely created to rip you off.

Today’s bonus

WELCOME BONUS

Welcome Package of Up to €6000

The casino offers an attractive and generous Welcome Package of up to €6000 to its newly registered players, which applies to the first 5 deposits.

To qualify for each of the bonuses, you must deposit at least €20 and bear in mind that to get the full package, you have to make the last 4 deposits within 7 days from the first one, otherwise you won’t be eligible for the offer.

So, on your initial deposit, you will receive a staggering 400% bonus of up to €2000, then a nice 200% bonus of up to €1000 on your second one, and three matching bonuses of 100% up to €1000 each, on the next three deposits.

All these carry wagering requirements of 50 times the bonus amount, and the maximum bet while playing with bonus funds is limited to €5. The bonus validity is 30 days, which is probably the best duration offered on the market, but if you have to claim your bonuses within 7 days as per the condition above, it turns out that this expiration will apply only to the last bonus. Most of you perhaps already know that you are not allowed to have 2 active bonuses at the same time, meaning that you will have quite a limited term to clear the requirements. Also, if you deposited less than €200, you’ll be entitled to a maximum withdrawal of only €500.

To its existing customers, the casino has a SpinsReload25 offer of 25 free spins on Starburst for a deposit of €25, a SpinsReload50 offer, where for a deposit of €20, you can get a 50% bonus of up to €500 plus 50 Free spins on Gonzo’s Quest, and a DeadOrLive promotion, which will grant you another 50% bonus of up to €500 plus 50 Free spins on Dead or Alive, again for a deposit of €20.

Game Selection

Like we already told you, slots prevail in the casino’s game library, and you will find many popular titles such as Narcos, Starburst, Gonzo’s Quest, Valley of the Gods, and many more.

Aside from these, you can bet on the traditional table and live casino games, such as Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette, Casino Hold’Em, and others.

Game Suppliers

To develop its game portfolio, 24Casino.Bet chose mostly suppliers of a smaller scale, such as Amatic, Apollo, Aristocrat, Booongo, Igrosoft, IGT, Kajot, Konami, Merkur, Playson, Vivo, and Wazdan. However, they offer the products of some of the major software providers in the industry, such as NetEnt, Novomatic, Playtech, Quickspin, and Yggdrasil.

Deposit and Withdrawals

The list of supported payment methods at 24Casino.Bet is quite short, and their availability depends on your log-in country. So, once you open an account, you’ll have the opportunity to choose from Bitcoin Cash, Dogecoin, Litecoin, Giropay, Neosurf, Paysafecard, Interac, iDeal, EPS, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Sofort to deposit. The withdrawals are processed only through Bitcoins or Bank Transfer.

The minimum deposit amount is more than acceptable as it is limited to €15, but the minimum withdrawal limit is very high compared to the commonly required as the operator chose to set it to €200. The maximum withdrawal limit is €5000 weekly. As a part of the standard Anti-Money Laundering regulations, all deposits that are not linked to a bonus must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal, or else the casino reserves the right to charge you a fee.

Security and Licensing

As per the information in the Terms and Conditions policy, 24Casino.Bet is operated by Global Games Tech Ltd. However, when we reached support to inquire a bit further about this, they said that the owner company’s name doesn’t have to be disclosed.

Also, when we asked about the casino’s license, they said that this information could be found on the homepage, which is quite far from the truth as we didn’t find anything about a regulatory body associated with the casino.

Once again, we would like to remind you, to be very careful when choosing an online casino to spend your money at. Casinos not providing any details about their ownership and license can not be defined as safe and reliable. As a general rule, casinos that try to bypass the laws and the Gamstop program, in particular, should be considered suspicious and 24casino is not an exception.

Layout and Navigation

With its simple layout, the website enables very easy browsing, and finding the needed information shouldn’t be a problem. On the left, there is a drop-down menu from where you can access the main sections of the game library – Casino and Live Casino, and the Promotions and Banking. Scroll down to the homepage’s bottom to find the General Terms and Conditions and the About Us section.

Mobile Casino

24Casino.Bet does not offer a mobile app, but all desktop versions of the games are fully optimized for iOS and Android and can be accessed by simply going to the casino’s website with a mobile browser.

The bottom line

Based on our research, we can conclude that 24Casino.bet shouldn’t be on your choice list when searching for a casino to spend some time at.

It is better to avoid casinos boasting about thousands of euro free bonus money and not providing clear information about their ownership and license. It is very important to know who runs the website and who you shall turn to in case of a misunderstanding with the operator. The best gambling spots are regulated by the MGA or the UKGC because, despite the tight restrictions they impose on their licensees, they also provide the highest level of customer protection and will sanction any deviation from the professional manner.

FAQ

Is 24Casino.Bet safe to play?

24Casino.Bet does not provide clear information regarding its operating license and can not be defined as very reliable. Playing at such casinos often involves a risk of financial losses involving problematic withdrawals and unfairly confiscated winnings due to the lack of regulation. To cut a long story short, we always recommend our readers only to entrust casinos licensed by a respected authority.

24Casino.Bet is not paying my winnings. What should I do?

24Casino.Bet is not clearly related to any regulatory body, and the operating company it is allegedly associated with could also be defined as quite shady. We couldn’t find much information about it except that it runs several other brands with a downscale image. So, if you’re already in a situation where the operator is not paying your winnings, you won’t have any protection, and it will be your sole responsibility to solve the issue. If not, we’ve probably pointed out more than enough reasons for you to consider depositing in another casino.

What kind of games can I play at 24Casino.Bet?

You can play many video slots and different variations of Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat. Please note that the games do not support a demo version, so you’ll have to place a real money bet to try them.

What bonus am I getting at 24Casino.Bet?

24Casino.Bet offers to new players a Welcome Package of up to €6000 upon the first 5 deposits. You have to make the 5 deposits in 7 days, otherwise you won’t be eligible for the full package. Other than that, they have a SpinsReload25 offer of 25 free spins on Starburst, a SpinsReload50 offer, which is a 50% bonus of up to €500 plus 50 Free spins on Gonzo’s Quest, and a DeadOrLive promotion, which will grant you another 50% bonus of up to €500 plus 50 Free spins on Dead or Alive, for a deposit of €20.

Can I play at 24Casino.Bet from a mobile device?

Yes, you can easily access the website without downloading an app and play from your mobile device. For security reasons, we advise you to avoid logging into your account when connected to public Wi-Fi.

24casino.bet Verification Documents

The casino claims that the T&C page was updated in January 2020. Well, truth be told, they haven’t rocked the boat with the updates or maybe there is a reason why the clauses are so vague. Or maybe they believe that no one reads the terms. Yes… no one but us.

So, here’s what we managed to squeeze from the T&C page:

To request a withdrawal, you must either clear the wagering requirements of the bonus you claimed or play through your funds at least once in case they are not associated with a bonus.
Then, you need to upload a copy of a driver’s license or a passport, as well as a bank statement where the payment you made to the casino is visible. What’s more, these documents must be notarized if you win a large amount. The latter sounds hilarious for a casino that does not even have a license, but we have what we have.

24casino.bet Verification Time

The casino processes withdrawals Monday to Friday only. Keep in mind that there is a 2-day pending period, meaning that you have 48 hours to cancel your withdrawal and continue playing with your funds. If you do not cancel, your request will be processed.

24casino.bet Promotions

At the time of writing, the casino offers a huge €6000 bonus upon the first 5 deposits you make, but given the short bonus validity and the high wagering requirements, we do not advise you to deposit even a penny.

Bonus Codes at 24casino.bet

All bonuses from the welcome bonus package come with special bonus codes you need to enter in a special field to have them activated.

24casino.bet Withdrawal Limits

According to the T&C, the max amount a player can cash out should not be larger than 5x the amount of their lifetime deposits. In other words, if you have deposited €100 since you opened an account, the max amount you can cash out would be €500. The max withdrawal limit is €5000 per week. The minimum withdrawal is €200, which is way higher than the common €20 legit casinos offer.

24casino.bet Problems

24casino.bet is not a casino you can trust as it does not meet even one requirement for a legit online casino. Does it have a valid license? No? Does it have sensible bonus terms? No. Does it have clear, concise T&C? Also no. All things considered, we advise you to stay away from this casino at all costs.
